We told Jodie what we wanted to spend and the specifics in a home and she worked within those requirements. When we couldn’t find anything on the market she helped us find a neighborhood, a builder, and assisted in negotiating a contract to build.We were from out of state and Jodie would pick us up at the hotel to show us homes, take us to builder meetings, and the closing. Jodie even took us to the builder design center and helped with the selection of interior design items for our new home.Since we were out of state, Jodie tracked our home construction and provided progress pictures. This was a real blessing and what we thought was above and beyond expectations.We can’t say enough good things about Jodie. She loves her job and it shows in the was she treats her clients.

We were so lucky to find Jodie because This was our first home buying experience and I was so lost.After meeting her I could tell she was diligent and through and would work hard on our behalf. Jodie was patient, explained the process and walked me through every step. On the final walkthrough the builder handed me blue tape with barely any tape left to mark the areas to be repaired. I seen the look on her face and Jodie stepped in and said is that all the tape you have? She went to the car and pulled out a new roll of tape threw off the jacket turned the ac down and we went to town marking the troubled areas. 3 hours later task completed.
