Jeff had a huge task of helping us find several investment properties in Denton (an hour from Sherman, where he lives) on a very short timeline and with no hesitation he enthusiastically accepted and delivered!He would gladly drive all the way to Denton just to show us a couple of properties, even if we were on the fence. He also had to simultaneously communicate with the several members that had the final say in decisions. He communicated so well and very prompt with responses 24/7.Highly recommend having Jeff Represent you for all your Real Estate needs! -

Jeff was incredible!!!! Could not have asked more from a realtor. Started back in December finding a home. Jeff was diligent and we had an offer accepted withing 1 week. 3 weeks before closing, a bad storm ruined the house causing severe damage. Jeff had us a house that day after the storm, offer accepted. He realized with a limited market, we were not 100% happy and found us another new build home available on our same closing date. Needless to say, he spent many hours after hours and weekends to ensure we have a beautiful home that we love. He went above and beyond when any other realtor might not be so involved. Thank you Jeff and I hope if you read this, you chose Jeff to be your soldier in the war for a new home!!! -

Jeff is amazing! You can tell he is passionate about his job and truly cares about his clients. He never tried to sugar coat things or hide faults in the homes he showed me. Many realtors will do or say anything to sell the house and make quick money but Jeff was patient and honest with me every step of the joirney. He stayed on top of any and every listing to hit the market and was quick go get a showing in the same day it went on the market. He also helped me move through the mortgage loan process and made a quick closing (less than 3 weeks). My son and I are forever greatful for him. ♥️ -
