    My husband and I knew a year in advance that we would be relocating to Texas. We were very focused on finding, not only the right house, but also the best fit neighborhood and schools for our family. We were not familiar with the areas and needed some direction. We were lucky enough to find Jeanne online and after our initial phone conversation, I knew we were in good hands. Jeanne listens attentively, paying close attention to wants and needs.     Outstanding support during the relocation process.We decided that we were going to relocate from Maryland to Texas and were doing alot of research on houses and locations in Zillow. We had found an area that interested us, and we sent off for information on a house and Jeanne reached out almost immediately to see if she could assist us. We talked a bit about what we were looking for, area, prices and timelines. As we continued talking we found out that she had lived in Maryland previously and the more we talked it was just a good fit as she understood the challenges we were facing. That was a huge relief for us, since trying to work with an agent 1500 miles away is a challenge.She immediately set us up on some searches and asked us for feedback on the search listings and gradually helped narrow it down to styles and possible locations. I was able to visit in June and Jeanne had several houses lined up for my daughter and I to look at that would give us a better sense of the styles and areas that suited us best. In August, my wife, son and daughters looked at multiple houses over a couple of days until we found the one.The support didnt just end there, she helped us through the closing, recommending good contractors for some work we wanted done, and while we were in Maryland, she would drive by and take pictures of the progress of the house for us. Once we closed, she didnt disappear, and she has continues to assist us while we transition to Tx and are not able to be at the house.Jeanne will listen to determine your needs and spend the time to find the right house for you. I highly recommend her. Also, when Jeanne is not available, her husband Mike was able to step in to assist. They are great. We appreciate their support as well as them welcoming us to TX. We are excited about our move and grateful to Jeanne and Mike for their help.

    When my family relocated to central TX, we were set up with Jeanne sort of randomly because my husband wanted to tour a house for sale and we didnt know any real estate agents at the time. I feel so lucky that we were connected to her first. She has many years of experiences in real estate in this area and what I truly love about her is that she will give her clients her unbiased, honest opinion about a property, even if it doesnt always align with the clients initial intentions. For example, my husband was very interested in buying a piece of land that was in a flood zone, Jeanne was able to convince him that it would not be a wise investment move. Weve purchased a number of properties with her help and we would highly recommend her as a resourceful, efficient, experienced agent with her clients best interest in mind. We will not hesitate to work with Jeanne again with our future real estate needs.

    I can not thank Mike enough! We decided to sell and purchase at the same time and Mike was amazing! He worked so hard to overcome the MANY hurtles we faced from fixing a foundation to getting final paperwork in, close to midnight so we could get to closing at 9am the following morning. Mike was great at answering our questions, making sure we felt comfortable with the whole process and was very patient. He helped us find an amazing home in the area we wanted to be in and never complained nor lost faith in us! He worked hard to get us the best possible deal. He did so much research into the property and area we wanted and has the most amazing inspection company and lenders that worked tirelessly for us. He is not only our realtor but our friend from now on!

    I moved to Belton for a couple of reasons, namely my grandson and his family are at Ft. Hood, and I wanted to be near the lake. Initially Zillow connected me with Jeanne and even though she was on vacation, she guided me thru the process and we set a date , a Saturday, to view homes I was interested in.I decided to make an offer on a newly built home in Morgan’s Point. Jeanne treated me like family from this point on. I couldn’t ask for a more diligent professional. She coordinated every detail, including helping resolve some of the issues in my new home which needed attention from the builder. She answered every question or concern I had, very quickly and thoroughly.In a nutshell, she worked very hard for me, even taking an early Saturday morning to be at the house for a refrigerator delivery as I was packing up to move in.I can highly recommend Jeanne to anyone looking for personalized service and commitment to the client.
