We could not have picked the most experienced and amazing realtor ever. Ginger and her team made our buying and selling process so easy and stress free. She answered all of our questions and assisted us with decisions we needed to make when negotiating with buyers and seller. We are forever grateful for their service and knowledge. We have our forever home that we get to share with my mother in law and we received two offers on our previous home the first day it went on the market. When we moved out Ginger said just move out and we will take care of the rest. That was amazing as I thought I needed to clean the home and repair and do touch ups, but that wasnt the case. Ginger told me move out and we got it and they did. Her husband prepped, cleaned and painted our home so that it was ready to go on the market. Not only did it sell fast, we got above asking price and closed in 25 days. I am so thankful we found Ginger and her team to help us with the purchase of our new home and the sell of our old home. Ginger and team were phenomenal to work with! We started the homebuying process in February 2020 (pre-pandemic) and didnt end it until late October. She has an amazing pulse on the market and adjusted the pricing of our home since things changed dramatically over time, rather than just relying on the research she had already done. She was patient with all of my questions through it all and walked me through hiccups that happened far beyond her control up until the last minute. All vendors she recommended that I use spoke highly of her and she knows someone for anything you may need! The attention to detail she puts on the entire experience makes me recommend her to anyone I know needing a realtor, most especially in the Humble - Kingwood - Atascocita area.
