We interviewed multiple Realtors before deciding to list our home and acreage with Haley Garcia. She was hands down more qualified than any of the other folks we interviewed. Ultimately, Haley sold our property for more than list, and helped us negotiate a home to buy at a price that gave us immediate equity. As a seller, we received white glove service from Haley and her entire team through the marketing plan, professionals to help prep house for listing, photography, showings, feedback from potential buyers, contract negotiation, financial/title services, remote closing process, all with open and extremely timely communication. As a buyer, we had a very long list of must haves. We felt like Haley was practically family at this point. She found us the perfect home at the perfect price! Haley and her team accommodated all of our needs including home tours, home searches, inspection professionals, contract negotiations, repair professionals, financial services, and closing/title experts.
