Doug͏ is Super Efficient!Doug has provided purchasing properties really easy for me. He is very knowledgeable on letting me know what the market value is at the moment and If I should make an offer. Of course when I do he just sends me an email to sign. From there, I just show up with a check at closing. As easy as that. I would definitely recommend Doug to anyone that is busy and doesn’t have much time to be dealing with all the paperwork. He is very willing to drive a distance with no problem.
