We found the home we liked, viewed the property last Saturday, tomorrow paying the deposit plus pro-rated rent for Nov, and picking up our keys Friday morning~thats a six day turnaround! All of this after losing money TWICE trying for an apartment. Never again! It just baffles me how picky the apartment companies are. Not only do they refuse to speak with you about your post-covid situation/financial recovery (which we ALL know takes time to repair-credit report etc.) but also backing up the amazing progress weve made with over $100k+ with stable income, Ha! Their loss is our greater happiness moving forward in our private 3b/2b home~~THE BEST!! Ty Jose!
