I have bought and sold a few homes and have worked with a few different realtors. David is by far the most competent and dependable real state agent out of all. What I like most about his approach is that hes very patient and doesnt rush you to close quickly, his market analysis is also right on point in assessing true value of the properties. It was my first time buying house out of state in Houston, TX and I was not able to visit properties here in person. David did an amazing job at giving virtual visits and handled everything till closing (inspection, getting repair estimates ... etc) very responsibly and with great care. He made buying the house virtually best house buying experience so far. I would highly recommend David Outlaw if you are looking for a realtor to work with!

The best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. David is very professional, experienced, personal and responsive. Based on what we wanted/what we were looking for, I admire the fact that he was always open and truthful with us when we ask for his opinion on a particular property. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us ever step of the way. They say patience is a virtue but I have never seen anyone as patient as David. Even with our indecisiveness at times, he never frowned, he never pushed us into making a rash decision. It took 6 months but we successfully closed a deal together! David was great throughout the process from our discovery meeting until the closing of my purchase. I am an out of state buyer, so I wasnt very knowledgable about the neighborhoods. David took the time to drive me around the city and suggested areas I should consider. He will take the time to listen and understand your wants. He actively searched for listings that fitted my criteria and never stopped after 1 or 2 searches. After countless zoom meetings, phone calls with me rejecting his recommended properties, he still stuck around with me. Thank you David! Looking forward to our next transaction!

David Outlaw is Top Notch! He made our move from Kansas City to Houston a memorable experience. We found him knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in. His guidance was beneficial and appreciated. He was more than patient with us! Being an out of state buyer gave us a disadvantage on the market. But with David, we were kept current and competitive. Our original contact with him was in March of 2022 when we werent even sure that Houston was going to be our next destination. We were just feeling out the city. He quickly set up our portal. Based on our feedback and preferences, we were flooded with a great amount of buying options. When we really got serious about moving to Houston; He accommodated us with virtual tours and live chats. In June, we finally came to Houston to view the homes in person. The viewings were organized. Our daily itineraries were planned well. Minimizing our drive from house to house. We found him to be efficient yet not making us feel rushed or pressured. We could tell that he found it important as well to match us up with the house of our dreams.David is professional yet still very personable. He was a good advocate for us. Tbh, Im not sure he takes many days off. We were able to touch base with him any day of the week and mostly any reasonable time. He always addressed our questions or concerns quite cheerfully. While looking to move from the Atlanta area to get a home in HTX, I needed a Realtor who had great knowledge about the HTX area, was able to understand my wishes, and most importantly understood my true likes and dislikes and still be able to work within my price range. Sounded like I was looking for a magician, and even I thought it was impossible. I got introduced to David by a friend, even though at this time I was already working with other realtors, like anything else the best always weed out the others. David is an incredibly skilled Realtor, who not only is extremely skilled at what he does, but actually takes his time to study his client and help them bring purchasing their dream home to fruition. David through our initial meetings was able to inquire about my needs, and vividly explained what areas of HTX we would be able to focus the search efforts on. Knowing how stressful it to find an available home one truly loves in the market of today, David was very patient through the multiple homes I asked to do virtual and physical tours on. Through offers that were not accepted, or the accepted ones I had to pull out of, he was very encouraging and certain I would find something that I would be happy with, as he would say its part of the process. He offered assistance and recommendations from the start of the process right up till I purchased my home, and even afterwards. With me being out of State, David stood in place for me when it came to my home inspection, blue tape walk, taking possession of my keys, and even working with contractors for some remodeling activities.
