Hes extremely knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you may have for him as long as you communicate with him! I found Danny a few years ago (2018) on Yelp when my Dad needed a realtor to sell his house. Dannys reviews were just stellar and he did not disappoint!My then 78 year old father, who is still sharp as a tack and physically strong & healthy, was very impressed with Danny. He said Danny was very nice, polite, friendly & down-to-earth. Danny explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, always made himself available and always did what he said he would do. Dad said he was hardworking and had a great sense of humor, too! He had nothing negative to say about Danny & thats a tall order!!!! I know that Danny sold my Dads house very quickly and for a great price.So, of course I reached out to Danny when we recently decided to sell our home here, in San Antonio. We were trying to purchase another place out of town. Sadly for us, it was a bad situation; the sellers agent was dishonest, which made everything horribly confusing, AND that was driving the sale of our current home.Once I was reasonably sure the purchase might actually close, I contacted Danny. By this time there was only a very short time to get our home sold. But, Danny was up for the challenge and willing to do his best! He was immediately on top of it: scheduling the photographer and laying out our next steps!!!In the end, we had to back out of that purchase, and not sell our home. But, Danny was so understanding. He was patient, supportive and full of good, helpful advice.I just cannot recommend Danny enough. He is a top notch real estate agent and an all-around good egg!

I contacted Danny as a recently widowed, tech challenged, senior in California, needing to sell a vacant home in San Antonio. To make it more complicated, it was in probate. From my first phone conversation with Danny, I felt comfortable with him, and confident in his knowledge and experience. He gave me advice on what needed to be done before listing, recommended excellent contractors, and followed up with them. Danny was always reachable, and I always felt fully informed. The house went on the market and had an offer within a week. When it came time for closing, Danny arranged for a mobile notary to come to my house in California to explain and notarize the documents. Truly, this guy is great!

Let me tell you... Danny is the BEST realtor in San Antonio! COVID had me unable to travel, unable to see the home in person, and unable to even really learn about SA before moving there. But despite all of that, I bought my house with TOTAL CONFIDENCE thanks to Danny. If anyone knew me, they would know I am very critical, have ridiculously high standards, and rarely give praise. I would never put my name behind a person as a recommendation unless I knew for a fact that they would never disappoint - I wholeheartedly recommend Danny! He knows everything about the city, he is SO communicative, totally honest, never tries to upsell you or just get you off his hands, works his BUTT off for his clients, and most importantly he really cares (like REALLY cares). After listing our house for sale we had 10 offers, and were amazed at his knowledge of the housing market and negotiation skills.We had to sale our home before purchasing a new one due to VA funding, and Danny was so helpful and patient with this process! We sold our house and within a couple days closed on the purchase of our new house, and could not be more happy.Danny was so knowledge about the different areas in San Antonio, and we could tell this was not about making a profit, but that Danny truly cared about the house we purchased. My husband and I came to San Antonio on an exploration trip, to see if the city were a match to our retirement plans. We found Danny from online reviews, and reached out to see if we could meet with him. We were upfront that this was a scouting trip, and we had no plans to buy, but we were hoping nonetheless to get an idea of the city and its neighborhoods and the kinds of housing styles, options, and pricings that existed. Danny agreed to host us, digested all the information we sent him ahead of time, and managed to condense it all into a very thorough and comprehensive tour across multiple neighborhoods. In that one day, we even found our dream home, whose layout and style we still reminisce fondly over, even now. At the end of our touring day, we told Danny wed reach out again if we saw something else we wanted to see, but honestly, he did such a great job scouring the market for us, we couldnt even find anything else to ask for. Danny was also extremely personable, answering all our questions about things that were unique to San Antonio, ranging from mosquito abatement to highway design, with knowledge and humor. He hosted us for lunch and followed up with us even after we left.Because our experience with Danny was so comfortable and productive, it was with a bit of sadness that we had to tell him we didnt think San Antonio was going to make the cut for our dream retirement location. But...hey, we were having issues with our realtor in Albuquerque (another potential retirement location we were scouting) - could Danny find a better one for us? Danny instantly agreed and got right on the task, researching and calling realtors in ABQ, eventually lining us up with a new realtor in about a day. We are now in Albuquerque as I write this, with our new realtor, who is a way better fit to us, so we are very pleased. She is knowledgeable and detail-oriented, with a background in city planning, and extensive contacts and experiences throughout the area. Plus, shes a foodie like us. I give Danny all the credit for finding her and knowing how to make the match - hes now been our angel in two cities :)

Over the course of 10 months, Danny remained communicative and on top of all the details. He went above and beyond to help me and my family and has become a true friend. He responds when you contact him - not hours later, not the next day, but promptly. It really seemed like he could do everything – and, in many ways, he did. My wife and I were first-time home-buyers who had no idea what we were doing. In our very first meeting, Danny not only walked us through the home-buying process until we understood our responsibilities and realities, but he listened carefully to what each of us wanted from a home (even when our answers conflicted) and always seemed to find clarity in our indecisiveness. It would not be the last time that we leaned on his wise counsel.Danny was always willing to show us any house we were interested in, and I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciated his honesty and advice. He was not shy about voicing concerns about each home while also taking our thoughts into consideration. He was quick to respond to our many text messages full of questions and ideas. He was sharply focused on finding us the right home, not the one that was best for his bottom line or any house that would speed up the process. Danny helped me purchase a house when I was an out-of-state buyer without the chance to actually see the property. He did multiple Facetime walk throughs and looked out for my families best interest (even when Im certain it would have been in his best financial interest to do otherwise). Even though Danny couldnt find us a house on an ancient Native American burial ground or a house with a hidden treasure map ingrained in the foundation....we still love our home. Fun tidbit - Im so bad at buying houses I didnt actually realized we closed. I hit Danny up a week later asking about closing and he thought i was kidding. I played it off like I was being funny.
