When it comes to Realtors, you cannot ask for more professional, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, hardworking and thoughtful people than Daniel and Kim. They knew everything from start to finish and helped us with everything we could ask for, being first-time home buyers.We had put our home search on hold for some time but when they found a home that we might like, they were quick to act and we were amazed by how much time and effort they put in for their clients.You almost feel like they knew what we wanted our home to be and found us a home that met all our expectations while staying within our budget.They genuinely care about their clients and they made everything look so easy and answered all our questions. We had a death in the family and had to sell my father-in-laws house from out-of-state. Within two days of listing the house we had an offer at full asking price! Kim and Daniel made everything super easy to handle. I was concerned being out-of-state would make this a long drawn out affair, but we actually closed a week early due to everything being well organized and efficiently handled!
