I was looking to buy a home in the Austin area to be close to family and needed a real estate agent that really knew the Austin, Hill Country areas and was able to communicate effectively with an out of town buyer. Cristina came highly recommended by one of her former clients that I know and together we found a home that checked all the boxes. She answered all my question promptly(and I had many) and worked tirelessly negotiating the purchase to my satisfaction. I will also highly recommend Christina for all your real estate needs.

We want to give a big thank you to THE MURPHEY TEAM! They promptly called us back with questions on home buying in Texas. Starting with a good realtor team is always essential when buying a home. My husband and I were looking for a realtor to fight for us. They are going to be our make-it-or-break-it in our bargain negotiation. So we wanted someone who listened to us and gave us information crucial for decision-making and planning. Cristina did not hold back and ensured we walked into our new build with all the bells and whistles! She did all the negotiations while we stood and watched her go at it. When it came time for our blue tape, Cristina was there and did her observations, which we wouldnt have seen cause its all just new to us, like the crown molding from the kitchen cabinet ending too soon. I was wowed that the slight imperfections she saw we would have never known!! When it came time for our financing, Cristina was available to help us. One of our questions was buy down or interest. After talking to her, we decided not to, and it was our best decision with our financing. Cristina also called our leader to see if they can move the process so we can close on a three-day weekend to give us time to move in; it would work better for our work schedule, and guess what? It worked. The lender had no issue, and the builder did as well and got everything fixed before our move-in date. Cristina and her team amaze us to this day. They keep us informed, and we get thank-you tokens from them. We are not just an afterthought to the Murphey Team. We are returning clients to them. We are already planning on buying another house, and we called Cristina. She set us up with her lender to start the footprint on our second home!! If you have any doubts, dont. Cristina was beyond patient and amazing with our recent purchase in Austin. We relocated from San Diego, and had to navigate our sale there as well as coordinate the big move. Cristina is a gem, and were so grateful to have stumbled upon one of her online webinars for first time home buyers. I was trying to figure out what to do with some money I got from a trust and I was tired of renting and a friend of a friend got me in touch with Cristina. I decided to start looking for houses right after Christmas and knew nothing about buying a house as a first time homeowner. Cristina takes her job very seriously. She was always prompt for appointments, kind, professional, was not afraid to give recommendations or advice and totally guided me through the whole process. She knows what she is talking about all the way through loan options, inspections, outside inspections, etc. I wouldnt of known what to look for without her guidance and she ensured that I got what I was paying for and that the contractors who were finishing my house followed through on what they promised. Stop searching!! You have found your realtor. Cristina helped my wife and I buy our first home back in 2019 and to this day she maintains a wonderful, professional and friendly relationship with us.
