Carol Gober recently helped me sale my parents home after their passing this past year. Carol was such a blessing during this whole process! I interviewed other realtors before signing on with Carol. Even during the interview she stood out from the rest as someone who would work to meet my specific needs. I live three hours away from San Angelo and had plans already in the works to have my grandkids out for an extended visit just as we were preparing to list. Carol made herself available to meet with professionals who were doing landscaping, painting, plumbing repair, and more! This saved me countless additional trips to San Angelo. In addition, she staged the house SO BEAUTIFULLY! The house was so inviting with her staging that we received a cash offer after the first day on the market. Honestly, I just cannot say enough about Carol’s professionalism, her willingness to go the extra mile, and her compassionate heart - knowing the difficulty of my continuing to have to say goodbye to my parents through their house. Carol was amazing! I was a first-time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing. Carol walked me through every step and answered all ten thousand questions I had, no matter what time I had them. She was so patient with me when I kept jumping around on which house I wanted, or when I decided I wanted to look at three different houses in one evening. She worked with my schedule, and I never felt like I had to wait to see a new home. When looking at homes, she gave her honest opinion to whatever question I asked. She never tried to push me into making a decision, and gave me great advice when she thought I was leaning in a direction that was not in my best interest. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I’m so glad Carol was the one that helped me though it!

I had inherited a house on Green Meadow Drive in San Angelo and it needed some work. I was unable to do any of these upgrades as I work out of town. I chose Carol and the ERA Real Estate Team as they understood what I was up against. When we did a walk through Carol was open and honest of what she thought needed to be done, additionally Carol took this project off of my plate completely and used the connections she knows to get the paint, plumbing, fixtures, flooring and landscaping done! She was like a general contractor and went so far above and beyond what a Realtor is it amazed me. Before she had them proceed she sent me the quotes for my prior approval. To top it off she paid these contractors out of her pocket and waited for my check to reach her! The house went on the market on a Friday, Carol did minor staging on Saturday. By Wednesday we had a full offer on the table and accepted it. This would have never happened if it wasnt for Carol. It truly would have been a nightmare if I had to take care of these items as I dont know anyone in San Angelo. I cannot recommend Carol enough!!

I can’t say enough about this awesome realtor. She is the top of the heap, cream of the crop! Over the past 25 years I have bought and sold over 10 homes so you could say I have some experience with other realtors. No one has compared to her! I met Carol in 2017 when she was holding an open house down the street from where I lived. She first became my purchasing realtor and then later my selling realtor for two of my homes, one to be on the market soon. She has gone above and beyond what any realtor I have worked with. She not only did an amazing job of listing , marketing and holding open houses, she has helped me pack, clean and coordinated with contractors for repairs and maintenance of my homes. I’m sure, if asked her to scrub your toilets and scrub your floors on her hands and knees with a bucket and sponge, she would do it without blinking an eye!Unfortunately I was not able to use her with my most recent purchase because it was out of state. My experience with my purchasing realtor was nothing short of a nightmare! She did not do a fraction of what Carol has done for me. She, unlike Carol, did not have my best interest in mind.I have been so impressed with Carol I referred her to a friend. Run into a realtor extraordinaire like Carol, and any thoughts and doubts about commission soon evaporates. She reminds you foremost, and every step of the way, I have your interest at heart.
