Russ helped us with selling my parents house that they owned for over 45 years. Took a lot to work through the process with my brothers but Russ met us all to explain things sometimes multiple times for all the siblings. Fast, easy, and compassionate to our needs as sellers. Would send friends and family to him any day of the week. Let him sit down, walk through and explain all the options you have as a seller. Very pleased with our deal.
