Becky is incredible!!! We were referred to her when moving to this area. We really needed someone we could trust because we were buying our house without benefit of viewing it in person. Becky used our preferences/wishes (selected home characteristics, neighborhood qualities, and potential for resale) and her judgment and knowledge of the area to help narrow down options that could be good for us. She arranged and went to viewings with us on a video call with her, and she helped us through every step of making offers and eventually purchasing our current home. We arrived to find a very thoughtful gift from her, and she has since kept in touch by offering information about useful resources as well as updates on the value of her home. I thought our last real estate agent was great. Becky went way above and beyond, and I absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home in the greater Fort Worth/Arlington area.

Becky is fantastic! She made the whole process so easy to follow and was always available to answer any and all questions we had along the way. We are so thankful we were referred to her! She knows her stuff, helps with everything from getting the house cleaned up to getting a new roof put on. We even got asking price for the house. I very highly recommend her.

Becky was referred to me by one of my friends who had previously used her in the sale of her home. We looked at homes for about 8 months throughout the DFW metroplex before I finally found the right fit for me, throughout it all Becky was an absolute trooper, everytime I asked to see a potential home, she was always available to show me, she noticed things that i didnt and even reminded me of my requested needs vs wants so that I wouldnt get something that didnt work for me in the long run. She found an error in the total charges breakdown for the closing cost and immediately brought it to the loan officers attention which saved me over $9K. Very Knowledge and easy to work with, I highly recommend using Becky Herne for your next home purchase or sale.

Becky Hearne is hands down an amazing realtor. I met her back in March when I got pre-approved for a mortgage. As a first-time home buyer, I didnt have much knowledge buying a home. Becky was very helpful through the whole process. One of my favorite things about her is that she is very quick to respond to emails and communications. It made the process very smooth when setting up appointments for home showings and asking her questions. She is a very hard worker and puts the interest of her clients above all else. She is very knowledgeable in the industry. The market has been crazy, but we kept on trying and I finally closed on a home in July. I couldnt have done it without Becky. I would hands down recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a home in the DFW area. She will make your process so much easier!
