Andrea and Tad Miller were the best team that we could possibly hope for when we recently sold our house in Plano.It was very convenient to have them as neighbors and we had no doubt that it would be worth insisting that our relocation company allow us to work with them.They were extremely responsive, made many valuable suggestions, inspected the property frequently after we moved out of Texas and took care of the pool and other things that needed attention.Andreas familiarity with the neighborhood and the market are as good as it gets, and her understanding of what appeals to buyers and how to stage the house were invaluable.And, of course, immediately after the house was put on the market, they got us a selling price and terms that we were very happy with.After the engagement with the buyers Tad dealt with the inspection report and repairs in the most professional way, which made things very easy for us.We strongly recommend Andrea and Tad for the sale of your home, particularly if you are from 75093 or neighboring zip codes.

We feel very fortunate to have engaged Andrea and Tad Miller as our real estate agents in spring of 2024 to sell our 32 year old house. It was clear from the beginning that Andrea and Tad have a great understanding of the real estate market generally and especially in West Plano. I was a little reluctant at first but am so glad that we trusted Andrea’s advice to declutter, replace our Jack-n-Jill bathroom sink area carpet with tile, paint the house, and improve our landscaping. Using Andrea and Tad’s recommended contractors saved us significantly and I am convinced that we covered the improvements with the over-asking offer we received after only three days on the market. I wholeheartedly recommend Andrea and Tad. You cannot go wrong with Andrea’s understanding of the market and eye for design and staging along with Tad’s great negotiating skills.

We chose Andrea after years of seeing her listings in our neighborhood. Her open houses were always well attended, and her listings sold quickly. We invited Andrea and her husband Tad to our house for a no commitment evaluation about a year before we intended to list it. They had a number of recommendations and provided a comprehensive list of their favored contractors. We used several of these contractors and were very happy with the results. No question, the recommended work (and the excellent staging) resulted in a quick sale. We listed on a Thursday, the first (and only) open house was on the following Saturday and we had an offer over our asking price on Sunday. I would definitely recommend Andrea, especially for listings in West Plano. She really knows that market and what it takes to get the best sale.

Andrea and Tad were amazing to work with! From our first meeting, they began to add value. They helped ensure we listed our house at the right price. They staged our home to ensure it looked its best. They even realized an opportunity to have a square footage appraisal done because they thought our house was larger than documented. All of this helped, but what really sets them apart is the ongoing communication. They partnered with us throughout the entire process. This didnt end when we got an offer. Their expertise made the inspection process a breeze and they were with us all the way through close. To say the experience exceeded our expectations does not seem to do it justice. I would to recommend them to anyone!

First off, it was incredibly convenient to have my realtor in the neighborhood. Having lived there 8 years, they have listed a TON of the houses in my area. They knew all about the local market and were on every nuance. They connected me with some great contractors to get some things set. Responsiveness was timely and the house sold for well over asking. Staging and pics were incredible. Id definitely recommend them to others regardless of area. And if youre in the Preston Ridge area, you should probably make them your first call.

The Andrea Miller Group is the Best! My experience with Andrea Miller and Tad Miller started in my Plano Wentworth Estates, Plano Texas neighborhood over 15 years ago, where we were active parents together in the Hightower PTA for the elementary school where our children attended. Andrea became a neighborhood expert and the hardest working real estate agent, and helped me with the purchase of my second home, which was only a 2 bus stops away, kept my kids in their same feeder school track and gave us the swimming pool for which we had been searching but which was quite illusive in the market. Fast forward several years, and we happily asked Andrea and Tad to help us sell our first home in the spring of 2021. Houses were selling fast and furiously all over town, but if priced incorrectly, were being overlooked. Andrea and Tad quite literally put in the work to present and stage our house beautifully. The pictures and marketing were fantastic. We received many solid offers during the first week of showing. They really know their business and can spot contract problem areas a mile away. With their help we selected a buyer that worked smoothly with us through closing. Forward and backward through the years, I consider myself lucky to have had Andrea and Tad’s help buying and selling homes. Huge bonus - the fun and friendship we have together!

This review is long overdue but better late than never! My husband and I were clients of Andreas back in March 2020 right when the pandemic hit. We were relocating from CA to TX and Andrea was AMAZING. She would go to any house we were interested in and FaceTime us from there and walk through it and she would provide her insight regarding the good and the bad. Then we decided to look into new build homes and she scoured all the neighborhoods for us, checked out floor plans, etc. We ultimately signed the contract on a new build home, and she even NEGOTIATED the price of a new build home! Needless to say that has worked out extremely well. We absolutely LOVE our house and are so happy. Moving/relocating is not an enjoyable process but having Andrea as our realtor made things so much easier.

My experience working with Andrea and Tad was so rewarding. When I fully decided to sell my home, I knew I was ready to follow all suggestions made by Andrea. I had reached out to her a year prior to selling. Unfortunately at that time I wasnt ready and we both knew it. Meanwhile the market was changing so rapidly it was hard to know what to do. I listened to all of her suggestions and ended up doing everything she suggested. In the spring of 2022, in such a crazy hot sellers market, I could have sold my home without any home improvement.
