Kimberly helped us sell our home over asking and with multiple offers! Her negotiation skills and excellent marketing helped us sell our home for top dollar! We were very impressed with Kimberlys knowledge about all that is real estate. We interviewed several successful realtors in the area, but had no questions after talking with her. Kimberly has a terrific attitude and work ethic unlike any Ive ever seen. She has a great team to get things done. She hired professional stagers, photographers and advertised our home at no cost to us. She negotiated a great contract and sold our home within 2 weeks of it being on the market. We sold our home in Feb. or 2013.
