    A leaky toilet can quickly become a nuisance. When we attempted to repair it ourselves, we soon realized we needed an expert. We reached out to a family-owned business here in Round Rock, and with their positive reviews, we felt confident they were the best company to call.From the moment we called, the office staff was polite and efficient, scheduling an appointment for the next day. We received a text message to inform us when they were on the way. When Marco arrived, he was professional, kind, and swiftly diagnosed the issue. The pricing was fair and transparent.     Ive used Allstate Plumbing for about 12 years at 3 different houses. The home inspector found several plumbing issues with a house I recently purchased. Dion Kester assessed the problems listed and helped me prioritize which ones needed to be fixed first and which ones could be delayed. He completed the work as scheduled, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. The work was done on time and the work site was left clean. Allstate has consistently provided quality service and I recommend them.

    Allstate plumbing did a great job when we had a clogged main sewer line. They came out in the middle of the night to unclog the drain. When the clog occurred again the next day, they were prompt to come back out and scope the line to discover it was broken. We were able to schedule with them that week to come patch the sewer line. With each visit, the technicians were on time and were helpful in explaining what was going on. In addition, it was always very easy to get a hold of someone at the office if we had any questions, compared to other plumbing companies we contacted. Bradford and Wolfer were always very friendly. Bradford also went above and beyond with sending us photos and videos of the plumbing job. We would definitely use them again in the future!

    Our AC went out at 7pm on Memorial Day. We immediately started calling around and the first person to truly offer us any help was Holly. She was phenomenal. She answered our questions and even called the tech to ask about the issue we were having. Luckily, my husband was able to fix it before needing someone out but we will certainly be using Allstate in the future due to their kindness and prompt response!

    The team this group has is incredible! I had multiple issues. They navigated me thru all of it. Holly one of the schedulers was great! James was amazing and so was Dion. They both spent extra time making sure I was functional. I highly recommend these folks! I have a very old system, so the job was not easy... They went above what they had to help me for a reasonable price!

    Came home from a trip to find water overflowing from an upstairs bathroom sink down into the closet below! 😱. Got the AllState recommendation from a neighbor. They were at the house se the next day, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the blockage. Mike was friendly, clean, and professional, and he tolerated all of my 75year old father’s questions while getting the work done! We had plumbers out before to clear the problem pipe - but Mike ran the auger deeper into the line and cleared out hair that must have been there over 8years when the previous owners had daughters with long hair! Meaning - the previous plumbers likely weren’t as thorough. We will call AllState as our “go to” source now.

    James was absolutely fantastic, if i could give him a 10 I would, definitely took the time and went above and beyond to make sure that he was checking everything he could to make our experience every day better. We had issues with the airflow from our unit but when he arrived (of course it started working fine). So he took the time to check the overall health of the unit and noticed that even though there was air flow it was not as cold as it should have been. So instead of wrapping up the day as no issues on arrival he took the time to make sure the whole unit was working the way it should. Now we are happy our AC unit is functionally efficient and blowing cold air again. Thank you so much James!!

    Weve used Allstate Plumbing twice now. Both jobs were reasonably small things we probably could have eventually resolved on our own (a chronically leaky showerhead and standing water in our yard near the irrigation control box), but it was so worth it to call a professional. It would have taken us at least 3x as long and 100% more stress on our marriage. Both times, they were very responsive (including on a weekend) in setting an appointment, showed up on time, and were super professional. Chase even had to dig quite the hole in our front yard to fix a cracked fitting and left everything looking tidy in the end. The cost was reasonable for the effort/ repairs required. And they were transparent about pricing and the work that needed to be done. We would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

    Marco was super helpful. He gave us great recommendations and best practices for some upgrades we may need as new home buyers of a home built from the 70s.     Had a pretty bad back up in my guest tub drain. Called Allstate and they sent out a tech the same day. He was very professional and clean. Cleaned my drain in record time. Also had him look at my garbage disposal. He suggested I replace it and gave me a fair price to do so. He was in and out of my house in less than 2 hours and left the areas where he worked spotless. The only sign that he was ever there is my brand new disposal and a drain that actually drains. Will definitely be using them in the future!

    Mario G did such a thorough job checking the gas line to our water heater. He took his time and answered all of my many, many questions. He practically read my mind when he sensed how uncomfortable I was with the gas line and even showed me how to check for gas leaks on the line in the future. Additionally, he showed me how all the features on the water heater work as well — I now know how to adjust the temperature of the water for the whole house. I highly recommend Mario. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe in our home.

    I contacted this company on a Sunday morning with a leak emergency (damage to wood floors/carpet) from our shower. A tech named Chase showed up within the hour. Chase provided an estimate for repairs (next day completion), and took photographs that will be needed for our homeowners insurance for the floor damage. He was very thorough and professional as well as the person who dispatched him to my residence. They will definitely receive my business going forward.

    I want to recommend Allstate Plumbing for your needs. I was having an issue with water pressure and water volume coming from the mainline to my house and sprinkler system. They made multiple trips to the house to help determine the issue was with the water meter on the city side and even came back to adjust my PRV for the house to receive the correct pressure. A great big shout out to Tommy and Dion for their promptness and professionalism!

    They came over and did an excellent job. They were on time and replaced my Water Heater. Their master plumber Tommy even came over and did an inspection afterwards to make sure all was well, that guy knows everything. They were so polite and and hardworking. I would definitely recommend hiring them. They don’t even charge you 139$ if you end up getting the work done.

    Had a zoned AC unit that suddenly quit cooling. Knowing of Allstate, we decided to give them a call. All this occurred at 4:45 PM. I was pleasantly surprised when Holly advised that she could get a technician out ASAP. Shortly we received an e-mail giving an ETA range and introducing the technician with a picture. Within the hour James arrived, we discussed the issue and he got right to work. With what seemed like lightening speed, he had completed necessary repairs, did some interior checks, explained what the problem was along with a suggestion for a long term solution. James was not only knowledgeable but a pleasant person to deal with. Will most certainly use Allstate again for any HVAC needs.

    139$, to come out, but knocked it off my bill after I signed the estimate which was super easy. Found the leak in my wall and fixed it. They didn’t put the new boards up, my landlord had a guy do that, but there were super professional and super friendly. Guy had to go get parts, but it doesn’t matter cause they don’t charge by the hour. Allstate Plumbing Heat and Air is awesome, I’ll call them if I have an HVAC problem.

    At first I thought I had a plumbing issue, but they quickly identified that my water leak was from my air conditiong unit. James worked with me to fix multiple issues that caused my problem, and implemented measures to prevent it from happening in the future.     Our tech, Beau, was informative, friendly, and efficient. One of the pipes in our wall strung a leak late in the evening, so we were very pleased to get service that night without having to wait til the next morning. We had opened faucets after turning off our water, but he explained to us that we could have stopped the drip quicker by opening a hose bib, since they are set at a lower point in the house. Now I know for next time! Beau was in and out in less than an hour even though he had to dig up concrete to replace the offending section of pipe. After seeing the makeshift tool Id used to turn off the water, Beau went above and beyond by leaving me a waterline tool to use next time. Excellent experience!

    Allstate Plumbing came out and did our bathroom plumbing remodel. We had to get our bathtub, and sinks moved and also replaced. They provided the fixtures, labor and materials.     I called Allstate Plumbing when I saw water in my garage and in my spare bedroom that adjoins the garage. I thought it was my water conditioner and I called them. They directed me to put the water conditioner into bypass and they would be out in the next couple of days to fix it. The next day the water was still coming and so I called Allstate. They said they could get someone there at 3:00 that afternoon. I got a call from the Allstate plumber around 2:00 and he was there at 2:05. I showed him the problem and he said that he could hear the water behind the wall as soon as he got there. He was very efficient and professional and proceeded to dive right in to fix the problem. He had to cut access in the garage wall to get to the leak. It was a leak on the copper elbow. He then rebuilt and resealed the copper water supply Very quick and efficiently. The plumber was very friendly and explained the entire process when I asked. Very pleased with everyone I talked to and the job that was done.

    Technician, Nick Pehlke called in advance and arrived on schedule. The problem was a simple “human” error not the appliance. Nick explained the problem and how to correct it if it reoccurred.     I’ve used AllState Plumbing for years. They are always on time and professional. Very careful to clean up after any and all repairs they do. Today was no different. My usual plumber at AllState moved and I had the pleasure of meeting Jared. He was courteous, professional, quick and did a great job explaining the problem and fixing it. He was careful to protect my carpet, tile and furniture during his work and cleaned up after himself. End result was that everything was fixed in less than a hour and I came away with more knowledge of how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend!

    Water from house to main leaked and water was flowing fast down the street. I shut off the water to the house. I called Allstate plumbing and they we’re able to send someone out within an hour or so. He arrived and started digging in the mud to find the break. More guys showed up and helped find and temporarily fix the break. It was very dark and cold but they got me going until they came back the next 2 days and ran a new line to the house. I was very satisfied with the work and professional attitude of the people. I have used them since and are now my go to company when plumbing matters arise.

    Unfortunately our hot water heater was leaking at the base and spilling into the garage! We were able to get Jose from Allstate to come out the same day in the afternoon to determine what was causing the leak from the hot water tank. After assessing the tank and damage, Jose recommended that the tank be replaced due to internal corrosions which we were able to see visibly. Not knowing when we would be able to get a replacement tank in and installed, Jose was able to make a call to his office, which he indicated that he could pick up a new water heater tank and install it that same late afternoon! Joses work diligence in getting the tank installed and his professionalism was outstanding. Would recommend that if you nee a water tank repair or installed to call Allstate and ask for Jose.

    I had to have a water heater replaced that was defective, but still under warranty. JoJo did a great job of getting a replacement unit and completing the work same day. Only minor issue was my overflow water pan was bent when he was placing the new water heater in place or removing the old one. Jo Jo did his best to fix it.

    I had two natural gas leaks that caused Texas Gas Service to shutoff the gas to the house. The largest leak was at the fireplace control valve. The other was at the control valve for my water heater. Ian of All-State Plumbing was exceptional. He fixed our problems and got the gas back on in one day!

    A self-induced clogged drain incident instigated by our kiddo and I having fun sending almost a full cauliflower down the InSinkErator last weekend ... was quickly and calmly repaired by CJ. We called after hours, cleaned up what we could, then scheduled the next available appointment for the following morning, 8-10AM. CJ showed up on time and quickly got to work to figure out where our clog was. The 2nd attempt found it and a 2nd snaking apprears to have cleared everything out plus some older debris that we could see floating along. The sinks are no longer full and the washer drain is no longer a fountain to the floor when draining.We have two kiddos and this is the first drain clog in 8 years. We consider ourselves fortunate.     Logan showed up and with good humor and professionalism worked in conditions that were miserable. It was a very hot, muggy ,humid day and he had an all day job helping us get a leak stop, old water heater removed, the water cleaned up and a new one installed in a tight area. He was cheerful and did a good job and a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Wish more businesses had employees like Logan.The lady who answered the phone and took down all the information was very friendly and obviously enjoys her job.

    Technician was professional (except as noted below) and completed work timely. cleaned up work space after completion. Tech did not wear a protective mask and in the course of discussion I concluded he was unvaccinated. Spouse and I masked up but well take a hit for not insisting that tech also wear one. (we had mask to offer). I think company should require their staff to mask up when working inside customers house and/or if in close contact. Five-star job except for this issue.
