    We had an awesome experience with Metroplex Margaritas! The machine was delivered on time, was immaculately clean and the margaritas at our party were perfect! (Just like the ones at your favorite Mexican restaurant). They bring the mix and everything you need. They pick up the machine after the party is over and they clean the machine so we had literally no cleanup to do.We will definitely be renting again for our next party 😃

    Highly recommend, they were able to work with me on the delivery time on a very busy weekend (Cinco de Mayo) to have the machines delivered as early as possible. Great communication and a great heads up of when they were going to pick the machines up. We will be using them for all our future events!

    Having been a business owner myself for 40 years..I’m very particular who I do business with. I certainly had my choice of Margarita rental businesses to choose from. I liked their story..a family run husband and wife business with a solid track record, excellent reviews and located close to where I live. I specifically dealt with John..the owner. All questions were answered completely and promptly. Delivery and pickup times were exact as promised. Look no further..this is the company you want to do business with. Plus..the margarita machine was a big hit at the party with the Frozen Margaritas being very tasty..!!

    We used this company for a Cinco De Mayo event and it was affordable, quick, and easy. They came to install and also picked up. In terms of setting up and tearing down, we didn’t have to lift a finger. Would definitely use them again should we need this service.

    The whole experience was wonderful for me. John was efficient and exactly on time when scheduling drop off, walked me through all the steps, and was exactly on time and super fast at pick up.The margarita mix was delicious, and the machine worked perfectly for over 24 hours. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

    Great customer service, and a very convenient way to have good margaritas at your events. Your guest will be raving about them. The mixture was provided and already mixed. All we had to do was pour the mixture in the machine and turn it on…..so easy. We will definitely use their services for future events.

The only thing I provided was the alcohol. Everything tasted great and they even coordinated the machine pick up around my schedule. I will definitely be using them again for my next party!

    Metroplex Margaritas is the perfect place for all your Margarita needs. I took my machine in for a tune up and it was promised on time and at the quoted price. They kept me informed of the parts needed and did not oversell me on the things I did not need. I highly recommend using them as I will be back for an annual tune up from now on!

    Metroplex Margaritas provided excellent service! We called day-of and they were able to fulfill our request. They delivered and set up the machine, as well as walked us through best practices. Communication was excellent throughout, and they picked up the machine the next day. They helped make our corporate event a success!     Excellent!!! We have a really old two-sided frozen drink machine. Metroplex got it back up and running for a fair price. And he was gracious enough to help us when we had some challenges with operating it. Highly recommend!!!

    We ordered two machines for a birthday party, everyone loved them! The margarita mix was perfect, but they also offer non alcoholic mixes, the lemonade is delicious! They delivered and set up the machines for us and then picked them up after our party. It was effortless! We will absolutely use Metroplex Margarita again!

    This rental was a hit! Rented the dual machine (Margarita & Hurricane). Received a wonderful discount for my service and it was very much appreciated. Delivery was made and was set up and was shown “how to” work it. Everyone from the receptionist to the delivery and the pickup is to be commended. We will use Metroplex Margarita again on our next party. I may just purchase a machine from them too. This company is highly recommended.

    I was trying to get a margarita machine for an office party. It was so difficult to find one pretty last minute as most places were out of availability since it was close to Cinco de Mayo. But Metroplex Margaritas were so responsive and willing to work with me to get everything in order during their busiest time. John kept me up to date, sent an invoice with all the details, and responded anytime I had questions. Even after an ordeal with the property manager, John and the delivery guy Zach, managed everything without hassle and without any problems. I would definitely order from Metroplex Margaritas again.     We rented a frozen margarita machine for a party yesterday. It was over 100° and sat on our back porch. The machine worked flawlessly, drinks were still thick and icy- I was afraid theyd be melted/slushy because of the heat. And then there was the taste!!! Crazy good margaritas!

    First things first, this place had a very hometown/Grapevine feel to it. He gave us excellent advice, helped us weigh our options, and ensured we were getting the best deal for our money! He also gave us reassurance he would personally service the machine should it ever need it. Overall, we had a very positive experience. We would not hesitate to shop there again!
