Ive been renting an office with Therapy Space (Dallas) for over a year now, and its been great. Newly renovated and very tastefully decorated, great location, reasonable pricing, and flexible schedules. I only wanted to rent one day per week, and its really hard finding office spaces that allow for a part-time schedule. I was so glad to find this place! The managers are really easy to work with and just nice people. All the little conveniences are there, too, like a kitchen and office supplies, not to mention a cool little system for clients to check in. If youre looking for a new space for your practice, or if youre just starting out, this is definitely worth looking at!

Therapy Space is the perfect place to rent especially if you’re doing private practice part time. Affordable to rent, beautiful, clean and modern offices fully furnished with West Elm furniture! The vibe and space is so great! Clients arrive to a tranquil waiting room and check in electronically which is great. Management is so friendly and accommodating. It’s also a great way to connect and network with other therapists. Would absolutely recommend Therapy Space!!!

Therapy Space is great! Its Centrally located which makes it easy for clients to find and its a great way to meet new people who are also in private practice. Two of the owners Ive worked with are also friendly and helpful. If your starting a new private practice part time or full time this is the place for you! Affordable rates and you can pick your office and days!

I have been renting with Therapy Space for a few months now and it has been perfect! They offer great amenities for the therapist and the clients all for a great price. The space is beautiful and therapeutic, its secure to keep client from wandering back into your office and the location is central to everything! They have really thought about every detail and made this a great experience. I highly recommend checking them out!

Full disclosure, I rent from their space in Plano and it has been the best decision that Ive made for starting my private practice. Mindy and Eric are attentive to questions and respond quickly. The space is clean, professional, and secure. The pricing is appropriate for the 2 days a week that I lease and its in a great, central location for my clients. If youre looking for an affordable but professional office space that is fully furnished with all of the office perks, check out therapy space.

Therapy Space offers beautiful office space with many professional amenities in a prime location. The offices are decorated beautifully and the shared printer/copier and wifi are kept in working order. They also furnish office and kitchen supplies which are always well stocked. Additionally, Mindy and Eric are incredibly responsive with anything you need.

I love my experience at Therapy Space so far! Beautiful offices with all amenities to begin practicing. I especially appreciate its location, since its central to the Dallas area, and easily accessible. Office managers are very responsive to inquiries and needs of mental health professionals. I leased space at the Central/Meadow location for 13 months during the height of the pandemic. Eric and Mindy Niehaus were great to work with, easy to reach during the day, responsive, and always helpful. They even went to bat on my behalf, successfully negotiating an issue I was having with the building management. Therapy Space helped me to keep my practice thriving during very uncertain economic times. I couldnt be happier with my experience there, and recommend it highly.

Parking is simple and easy to secure. The office is easily accessible for clients. This was the best place to start with my private practice. Started with just a Saturday and was able to build from there. I strongly believe this space is a major part of what brings my clients back. It feels like all mine even though it is shared. Mindy and Eric manage it really well, making sure we have everything we need. Even if I had something to complain about, a quick text to Mindy and she is on it! Better than I could have imagined and still going well into 2nd year.
