The building itself is dated, but White Realty does a great job updating and modernizing. There elevators work very well and are quick to be called, lights are being replaced with LEDs so there is less flickering and hum, the bathrooms are clean, and the maintenance staff is quick to respond and fix issues. Overall the price is very competitive, and Cody with White Realty has been extremely accommodating. -

I really liked that they have taken the building and redone it some but kept it looking like it was back in the day -

Beautiful building
