The entire staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and professional environment, but I must give special recognition to Jon Ross and Gabriel, who truly exemplify exceptional service.Jon Ross has consistently demonstrated remarkable attention to detail and professionalism. Hes always quick to respond to any requests and proactively ensures that everything runs smoothly. His friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities make him an invaluable asset to the location.Gabriel brings such positive energy to the workspace and is incredibly helpful with day-to-day operations. Whether its assisting with meeting room setups or handling package deliveries, his efficiency and friendly attitude make working here a pleasure.The entire team maintains the facility impeccably, and their commitment to creating a productive work environment is evident in everything they do. Have been with Regus for several years and very pleased. Last year I moved the location in Addison at the The Madison the whole experience was, and continues to be, smooth. The team who run the location are extremely responsive and JohnRoss was very helpful when I was considering the move by providing clear information and zero pressure. Very professional.

John, with Regus, is absolutely lovely. He is so accommodating and helpful. He is kind receiving clients and a bright light around the office.

First office space was good. I was trying Regus out. I would say good. The last three co-working spaces have had what I would say is an annoying environment. Im trying co working today.
