I have an odd story. I meant to call Moody National and got a hold of Moody Rambin via Facebook. Less than half an hour after my Facebook complaint, a woman named Sheila calls me (15 minutes after I sent a Facebook message). At first she very professionally and nicely tells me I have the wrong business for my complaint. She then (on a Saturday morning) takes the time for me to find information on Moody National. That was embarrassing on my end but then... She was unbelievably sweet and professional and went the extra mile. If this company was more residential than commercial I would do anything I could with this business. This was unbelievably amazing customer service for something that wasn’t even their issue! Thank you Sheila and thank you Moody Rambin for hiring her!Update: Howard Rambin emailed me following up. Great customer service.
