This place is amazing. Love Alex the manager. This shared work location is super flexible and they are willing to sign the lease however long you needed to be. Definitely helped to grow my business and be more focus on what matters most. Also great networking opportunity with people working there. Highly recommended!!!

Local Office Bellaire is an absolutely beautiful space to work and the office manager, Alex is incredible! The modern interior has great energy and is the perfect space to productively get work done. They offer coworking memberships as well as private offices at reasonable prices. Each of the three conference rooms offer a different fun feel, and are perfect for hosting collaborative meetings. There are other wonderful amenities like phone booths for private calls and a snack/coffee bar. The manager Alex is welcoming, kind, professional and promptly communicates about any questions you may have. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Local Office Bellaire!

I booked the Lucky You Conference Room at Local Office Bellaire for hosting a research session and was incredibly happy with the space. The space itself is beautiful, modern, and has all the amenities you might need (coffee, beverages, snacks, even an extra HDMI cable in the room). Easy parking & our participant had no trouble finding it. Thoughtful space with super friendly office manager, would highly recommend.

Love this space and love the laid back community vibe! Great conference rooms, bottomless coffee. Several great restaurants within 2 minute drive. Alex and Paige are so helpful and fun! Plus, bringing my dog Gretchen to work with me every day?! Dream come true.

Ive dropped by this location twice for a day. Kristina (Manager) is absolutely awesome! She is accommodating, professional and super friendly. The environment is clean and its a good place to get break from home. I look forward to their remodel and dropping by more frequently.

This is such a cool place - very well managed, awesome decor, and friendly staff. They have individual work stations and rooms as well as conference rooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. I highly recommend!

I had a layover in Houston and needed to get some work done. Local office was close by, it’s a clean, simple space, with fast wifi, and free coffee. The manager was not onsite but helped answer my questions over the phone. They were extremely accessible and responsive. I will definitely stop back in next time I’m in htx.
