We have been using the Georgetown, TX and Round Rock, TX Heritage Office Suites for about 8 months and our only complaint is that they don’t have more locations in the Austin, TX metro area. The management/ client service team is exceptional. Jeanette, Jizzelle, Monica, and Cypress are amazing and really go out of their way for us. The facilities at both locations are great but it’s the professional support and stellar customer service that stands out to us and to our clients. This is a great place to grow your business. -

Heritage Offices is the place where small businesses go. I have been there since 2020 and for me there has been no reason for me to leave. I have a diverse small business and every time my business needed something, Heritage Offices met my needs. From trainings to meetings to individual sessions, they can do it all. If they day ever comes for someone to have their own office, Jizelle would be the administrative assistant that you should have because not only does she go above and beyond but goes the extra mile when she does not have to. She and all the staff have always been by my side to grow my business and couldnt ask for more. -

I joined these suites back in September and I can say they have the best customer service. The girls at the front desk are so polite and kind, always ready to help when needed. The office space is beautiful, always cleaned and well organized. If you’re looking for an upscale space with great customer service, this is the place for you. -

I cannot say enough good things about the Heritage Office Suites. The front desk staff is kind, attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and patient--with those of us who office in the building, and with our clients. The kitchen area is always clean and stocked with coffee and tea. It is easy to book extra space when needed. It is the perfect work space! -

I absolutely love this office. The entire staff does a great job of getting things done quickly but efficiently. Jizelle was amazing and really made fell valued as a potential client. I didn’t feel dumb or rushed when asking simple questions. Extremely nice employees overall. The entire atmosphere was refreshing. I look forward to working together in the future! -

Our business has been a tenant at this Round Rock location for several years now. The value of the services provided is great and the staff is super friendly. Jeanette, Jizelle, and Michaela are wonderful and are always friendly and helpful with greeting our clients and escorting them into the conference rooms. They are also great with taking messages and with package drop off and pickup. The building is kept clean daily and any repairs that need done are completed quickly. I would definitely recommend. -

I have had a good experience with the Heritage team, but Virginia really stands out. She is cheerful, incredibly responsive, and makes me and my clients feel welcomed. She also knows the office inside and out and is eager to assist. She takes pride in her work and it shows. I also appreciate the easy online booking system and administrative support services Heritage offers. -

I’ve been working with heritage offices for a little over a year now and I’ve definitely had a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only issue is that there is no notification of the renewal process each year. So don’t forget to set a reminder if you sign up for a yearly package. -

Great place to meet your officing needs. There is a variety of businesses throughout. The women at the front are helpful and they provide beverages in the lobby. They do have a break room with one vending machine, a fridge, sink, tables, plates and utensils should you have a need. Every week theres a planned community event... With snacks! Price for space is reasonable, some offices are furnished or you can choose to bring your own furniture. Ive enjoyed my office experience for 10 months now and am glad my company chose this business. -

I do take a small amount of abuse from the ladies at the front desk, Tina and Emily. I have no idea why I deserve it but Im sure they could tell me.
