Meagan was delightful, and encouraging to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health issues. The supplements I have taken under her direction have been beneficial.Meagan’s holistic approach to my needs have been successful and I would certainly recommend her!

Great place downtown to rent space! As a military spouse I was reluctant to rent space however, Cody and all the staff at White Realty were so helpful and were happy to work with me. They were courteous anytime I needed anything. Highly recommend!! Cody did an excellent job of helping me find a space to meet my needs!! Im sad to have to leave!

I was visiting Progress and Provisions for lunch. I find it to be a very nice restaurant. Things are made fresh daily. It was a bummer to find to have changed their menu and some of the things had been removed at my husband really liked. Now we dont get to come together because he cant order to his satisfaction. Boohoo!

I have been at the Hamilton since 2011 and love the building. The ownership does a great job of maintaining this historic building. We love all the vintage touches that you see on every floor. The views are amazing and really help us project out image to clients.

I have been a tenant in the City National Building as the owner of SCRATCH since November 2017. Everyone at White Realty has gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The maintenance team is on top of any problem that may arise and they, along with the cleaning crew, keep all of the buildings looking great. 24 hour security means that I dont worry about my restaurant when Im not there and someone is looking out for me when I am, even after hours. Also the location is fantastic as it places us right on the corner of 8th and Scott streets, giving us ease of access to all downtown events and goings on. I really cant imagine a better team to rent from and I look forward to being a tenant here on into the foreseeable future.

Ive been working with Cody to secure space for our company and he has gone above and beyond. He has been extremely accommodating to our needs, the maintenance staff has been superb, and there are a wide range of office spaces to meet nearly any budget. Bonus points for being located smack in the heart of downtown Wichita Falls which makes traveling to our numerous downtown customers a breeze.

Amazing maintenance staff and very classy office space in downtown Wichita Falls. The building as a lot of character and the venue space on the top floor is always good for night time event rentals.

My father officed as a C.P.A in this beautiful, historic building for many years. Ive had the pleasure of revisiting it several times recently and it still maintains the beauty and charm as it has for decades.
