There is a lot to like about EWS in Allen. The facility is always clean, and very well maintained. Our Client Service Assistant, Denice, is the biggest reason to like the place. Aside for her friendly demeanor and professional attitude, Denice also takes ownership of everything that happens in the building. Any issues or concerns feel like they automatically becomes her number 1 priority, when brought to her attention. She makes this place more than just an office building! Thanks!

I have been a virtual tenant for over 10 years. There have been a number of quality people working in the front during that time. Denice Hamilton is currently the front office person, does an outstanding job and is the best you’ve had there. My clients often compliment on how helpful she is and in my interactions with her I have to agree. She does a great job of prioritizing my calls and client concerns and even contacts me on my cell phone if it’s something particularly urgent. Denice is a great asset to the company.

Our company has been in the EWS building almost 2 years now, and I have to say Im very impressed! Denice is the one you see when getting off the elevator and she is just amazing! I dont know what her actual title with EWS is, but I know she does SO MUCH MORE than whatever it is!Denice has always been kind, helpful, informative and just there for you in any way she possibly can be.Denice always does an outstanding job, regardless of the task given and takes on all tasks asked of her with no problem!Thank you Denice - I dont think there would be as many smiling faces up at the office every day if you werent a part of the team!Rachel GCorptek Solutions

Denice is my go to for EVERYTHING! She has never had any issues getting back to me or helping me in any way shape or form! We are all friends here and that is what makes the Allen office so wonderful to be in!

I began leasing space from Executive Workspace in 2012. Denice and the building management team have been a pleasure to work with. I have been a small business owner for the last 25 years and I consider the partnership with Executive Workspace to be a valuable part of my business success. If you are looking for an office space with excellent service and a great view, I highly recommend the Allen location.

We have been officing here for over 6 years. Weve had no issues whenever we needed something, there is always someone to help us with our requests. Every building is going to have its issues and the only reason I would not give them 5 stars is that they do have problems keeping people as receptionists. Other than that, I recently had a business emergency and asked the support person for help. She readily agreed and very professionally got my emergency project finished quickly. Cant really ask for anything more than that! Its nice to know they are there when you need them.

The Atrium executive business center is a perfect place to get work done and I highly recommend them. It gives me a private spot that I can work from and great staff at the front! The combination of a comfortable, professional place to bring clients to, shared, fully stocked break rooms, multiple conference rooms, and someone answering the phones has helped my business run smoothly. They even do the dishes!

I have been at the Atrium since 2006 starting as a Virtiual Office business owner and working my up to a Beautiful woods view complete with Hawks, Blue Jays and Squirrels. I have been a client for so long b/c I love the convenience of the Coffee and Break Room, Conference Rooms at any of their 7 DFW locations, helpful administrative assistants and cheery, consistent cleaning crew. I have NEVER had a compliant that they would not help me fix! I look forward to the next 7 years Atrium!

I have been a client at Atrium for the past two years. I love having use of the receptionist to screen my calls and greet all visitors. It is also very helpful to have a notary that is available when I am out of the office. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; I would recommend Atrium to any business looking for office space.

Love officing here! We have a sweet view and get to birdwatch all day (guess a little counter-productive, but hey I can sure use the serenity in our crazy real estate business)! Anyway, Michelle is just great and so is Liz! Dont ever plan to move, unless of course I become a millionaire, which in this market isnt so far off! LOL. Anyway, back to bird/squirrel-watching, I mean work :)
