Cubexec is AMAZING. We have been at this location for almost 3 years. Since Cubexec replaced VentureX it has been fantastic. Ryan is very professional and helpful, even with those of us who are technology challenged :-). If you are looking for a place to call home for your small business, you will not be sorry that you join the Cubexec family.

Ive had the pleasure of working out of Cubexec for some time now, and its been a game-changer for my productivity. This sleek, modern office space provides everything I need to focus and get things done effectively. What sets Cubexec apart is its impeccable cleanliness, from the welcoming front desk managed by Iris to the well-maintained common areas. Iris goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for tenants, making Cubexec not only a sleek workspace but also a hassle-free environment where I can fully concentrate on my work. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a productive and clean workspace!

We had a two-week team retreat here with 20+ folks and this space was amazing. The conference rooms were set up well for us to have effective team meetings with a TV screen, mic, and plenty of board space in each room. Additional offices were available for breakout sessions. The kitchen and lounge area were great for casual conversations and for lunch. Coffee and snacks were always available.We had such a great experience working with Ryan who was very supportive and flexible throughout the process of scouting the place, booking, and then hosting us for the two weeks with our team.Cubexec at Las Colinas overall was very clean, spacious, and set up effectively. The location was great, with many restaurants and stores nearby. We were a 5 minute walk from our hotels and a 10 minute drive to the DFW airport.We definitely plan to use this co-working space again when were back in Dallas. We would highly recommend for any team looking to host a retreat as well.

I was at Cubexec for 6 months. I’ve worked at multiple weworks in Dallas and California and nothing, nothing I’ve been at comes close to Cubexec. I love their flexibility, how Ryan is always willing to accommodate you and the culture. It was an amazing experience and I hope to come back soon.

Came here to work in a nice furnished office because my work is still remote. It was great, Ryan was super nice, and set me up with a computer monitor and I was able to get more than enough done for my work day. Great environment and well furnished.
