After working from home, at various coffee shops, and a few other odd places, I realized it was finally time to get my act together and find a place to work. The Common Desk is all I need and so much more. From an uplifting working environment, to a business networking resource, Ive found a home (or a desk) at the Common Desk in Oak Cliff.Having incredible food on every corner is a plus and a full kitchen inside the Common Desk is always an option. The people are friendly and the light alt. music in the background always keeps me focused.Definitely the place to be if being surrounded by productive people motivates you, as it does for me. -

Having a dedicated spot at Common Desk has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional. It is a great environment to work in! The atmosphere is full of energy during peak hours and can be very motivational for those entrepreneurs who need a little push such as myself. Apart from the wonderful amenities that are included with membership, you get the added benefit of meeting people who can help you be successful in your business. -

Our agency loves Common Desk. We initially started as a shared space tenant, and have continued to expand to dedicated desk services and now the largest private office space available with our membership. The amenities and services are amazing: coffee, fruit, snacks, drinks, show + tell, community events ... the list goes on and on. We love the people we get to interact with on a daily basis and the instant, real-time feedback and opinions we can get from other members. I would encourage anyone looking to start or grow their business, and also for local, regional or national companies that need a flex-space for add-on staffer to consider Common Desk as a first option. Two thumbs UP!!!! -

We LOVE Common Desk-Oak Cliff! This was one of the best things we did for our growing company in 2017. CD is more than a cool co-working space - its a community of wonderful, creative and hard working people who inspire me every single day. The staff is amazing and thoughtful and the coffee is brewed just right. ;-) Cannot recommend this place enough! -

CD-OK is great! I have the shared desk plan and get to work amongst really interesting people from all kinds of backgrounds. There are community events (trivia night, Taco Tuesday, Wine Wednesday, and we had a coffee distributor come and let us taste their coffee) that let you meet people. Also, theres bottomless coffee and the location is within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and cafes. There are big windows to let the sun in. I couldnt recommend working here more. -

I LOVE COMMON DESK. its a great place for independent people to work. The atmosphere is very inviting and certainly promotes creativity as well as a quiet place to concentrate. Its also very community oriented, so there are events to attend if you are interested, but there is no obligation. The staff is very helpful. And they make signing up a breeze. They also give you several options to choose from that work best with your needs. I can’t say enough good things about it. They literally have everything I need and more. My shared desk is at the Oak Cliff location. That’s really close to Bishop Arts for outings after hours or lunch. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to call their office! -

I have worked at Common Desk in Oak Cliff for almost 7 months. I am a self-employed attorney and I find the work space to be awesome. The management takes care of all needs and the price is very reasonable. The amenities are great. It provides a great opportunity for networking and getting to know professionals in almost any industry. This place comes Highly recommended. -

If I could give more stars I would. Common Desk Oak Cliff is the best! From the awesome environment to the super friendly staff, CD is the perfect place to get stuff done. Theres also beer on tap. Who doesnt love that? They even have a treadmill desk! Its also in a really great neighborhood, full of cool restaurants and shops. I cant say enough about Common Desk. Theyve really cultivated a great culture that allows for lots of creative, solid work (and play) to get done. -

Ive been a member of Common Desk Oak Cliff for a little over 6 months now, and I have really enjoyed my experience thus far. Its a great space to work and be productive, plus Nick, Laura, and the whole team go the extra mile to make you feel like part of the community. The free coffee and rotating beer on tap are nice added bonuses as well!I would highly recommend Common Desk Oak Cliff to any freelancer or remote employee looking for a unique space to work hard and meet some great people. -

Common Desk has enhanced my working in life in so many ways. I started as a frequent day-passer and am now a full-time member. The community is wonderful to be a part of for any industry member ranging from entrepreneur start-up to Fortune 500 company and anything in between. The wifi network is consistently strong, coffee is free-flowing, and the location managers and owner are best in class. I cannot not say enough great things about both of the Dallas locations. -
Review 11 (2016-04-08 - Rating: 4)
I seriously love the Common Desk. The meeting spaces are roomy, cozy, and equipped with white boards (which are always good to have around), their Wi-Fi is solid, and their people are friendly, but thats not what sticks out in my mind. Every time I think of my time at the Common Desk, I remember the feeling of working in a sunny space that wasnt over-powering. That sunlight was life giving, and it made the natural wood/industrial interior feel less like an office and more like a community hub. All in all, Id highly recommend the Common Desk as a work space. Four stars instead of five because I live in Tulsa, not Dallas, and Im sad I cant go back every week to work. -

Amazing membership rates and has everything you need to be productive. The Circle Seven Five team has loved working out of here. Plus, who doesnt want a treadmill desk to get you moving (ha!). The staff are great and work to accommodate you, and the kitchen always has snacks (like kind bars and fruit) + beer and coffee = what more could you need?! Definitely check this place out if youre looking for somewhere to work in Dallas. :) -

Everyone at Common Desk goes out of their way to make sure that Im having the best possible work day! Every morning Im greeted with a friendly face, bottomless coffee, fresh fruit + snacks, and a clean, functional space to work in. Common Desk has made the typical work day way more enjoyable by hosting community events like Netflix Club, Wine Down Wednesday ( Taco Tuesdays are the best though) -

I was a member with their Deep Ellum location for about 2 years when they opened their new Oak Cliff spot. Lucky me, it opened around the corner from where I was living. I thought it would be much quieter and smaller, and Id need to be patient in making connections. However, within the first week, I met a handful of folks and we immediately began projects together. It has gorgeous natural light coming in ALL over the place, which is so crucial for us creative types.Even though Im based in Seattle now, I continue to do business with Common Desk (both locations.) It is a genuine hub for growing and learning. I was able to triple my photography clients because of all the events, lunch-ins, happy hours, etc., I participated in. Participated, the key word. Common Desk is a fine place to work and bring clients to, but its SUPERB for those itching for more. -

A little bit about myself - I work remotely for a big company, so I was looking for a co-working space to take important conference calls and just get out of the house. I’ve been working out of Common Desk in Oak Cliff for about 4 months now.Why I recommend it:- Friendly and professional staff. I get responses to my emails in minutes.- Convenient location, especially if you live in Oak Cliff. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee spots.- Great amenities - conference rooms, free coffee, reliable wi-fi.- Pricing is flexible and competitive. I looked around and couldn’t find a lower cost option. If you live near Oak Cliff, I highly doubt you will find a better option. -

What a great place to hang out and work. Cool vibe. Cool culture. Hot coffee. Cold beer. They offer a lots of social events ,which has been a great way for me to meet other people and network. It is also walkable to Bishop Arts District - which is home to an array of restaurants and bars. Ive meet some interesting people, and the staff is amazing. -

There wasnt an option for 6 stars. Our experience at Common Desk in Oak Cliff has been amazing. The place is welcoming, clean, convenient, friendly, and unbelievably accommodating. And, thats not even the best part...the people that run the place make it feel like home. -
Review 18 (2018-11-28 - Rating: 5)
Common Desk, in general, does it right - makes it easy to be a customer (or, in this context, a member), makes it easy to use any given facility, and locations that are easy to find.In particular, the Oak Cliff location is exceedingly well managed - the on-site staff (McKenzie and Madison) are friendly, attentive, accessible and engaged - they are consummate professionals, and they make the Oak Cliff location and Common Desk a credit to its industry. -

From the friendly people to the industrial chic decor, Common Desk Oak Cliff is a great coworking option. They have dedicated desks, many with Varidesk standing desk fixtures, as well as a treadmill desk, so you can opt in to healthier desk job elements. If youre looking fire an office away from home, this is a great choice. -

I have a 100% remote consulting firm and base out of the Dallas area and work out of the Oak Cliff location. Love the atmosphere, location and ability to add team members when we have a project near a Common Desk location. Also, the team that manages the location is awesome! -

I was an invited guest to a conference room meeting. There was a good sized whiteboard. Sounds from the busy public area did not intrude. AC worked just fine. Good sized conference table with plenty of power points. -

I wish I could give this 6 stars. The manager, staff, atmosphere and amenities here are top notch, cant think of a better place I would rather work when I need a place to stop between client visits. My only complaint is that I am often too busy to be here as much as I would like. -
