The staff has been friendly and responsive, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. Huge shout out to Anell and Presley, they always greet everyone with a smile and make sure we are all content they for sure create a welcoming environment. -

My favorite part of officing here at CityCentral is the greeting I get from Presley and Anell every morning! They are just a ray of sunshine and always make the day brighter for me. I also love all the little activities they put on.....like the Sweet Tea Tasting - fun - but doesnt take too long away from work either. -

Great cowork space! The staff is extremely helpful. The office meet all of our needs. The snack area and it being a lunch drop location are perfect for my full day of meetings. We checked out a number of options in the area, but this checked all of our boxes and did not disappoint. -

My partner and I needed a comfortable place to share ideas and plan for growth several days a week and a place to visit with clients. The common work spaces available at City Central fit both criteria. The building management team are the friendliest, most accommodating people on the planet.We use the community lounge area to meet with clients from time to time. It provides us a personable, informal area to visit and make them feel relaxed and comfortable. Conference rooms are also available if we need media of any sort. The workplace feels like home with a professional twist. -

This is my third month at City Central Plano and I couldnt be happier. Here are some reasons why I love being here...I had to look for office space in an emergency. I evaluated many alternatives - Spaces (Regus), We Work, Work Suites, Venture X, Caddo and probably more that I am forgetting.Everyone at every location was kind, polite and super-helpful to me. Here are some things that made City Central Plano exceptional...1. Within about 30 minutes of my first call, I was able to visit the location and get a tour from Katelyn, the community manager.2. After the visit, I got a simple quote from Christy.3. The best part about this location is that it has backup power and internet service to my office, so if I am in the middle of an important training or presentation, and there is a power outage, I do not have to cancel or disrupt my training. No other location has backup power AND backup internet to the office with the exception of one Work Suites location which has backup power for a few hours but no backup internet.4. The best part of my evaluation was that Christy allowed me to try out my office FOR NO COST FOR ONE WEEK. She allowed me to leave all my equipment in my office for the entire duration. This was completely crazy. No one else offered me this and it relieved my anxiety because I was able to try out the office before I made a commitment. I think I decided to sign the lease on the third day of me free 1 week evaluation period.Since I moved in, my experience has been unbelievable. On my first day, I received a welcoming, warm, hand-written note from Katelyn. Katelyn regularly checks in on my experience and always follows up on my requests to make sure I am comfortable and getting the most from my membership.There are some little things - no matter when I come into the office, it looks and smells clean, fresh and welcoming. I have come in on weekends and everything works just as well as it does during week days. I am able to get in and out 24x7 without any trouble. The break room is welcoming and comfortable. The conference rooms and meetings rooms are world class. I would be proud to invite my most valued customers here.If you are looking for a world class location with caring staff and backup power supply and internet service, you should definitely visit City Central Plano before you make a decision. -

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! To start, the staff here is incredible and so helpful and attentive to every need. I have officed at CityCentral for the past 3 months, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Working from home seemed easy at first, but after a few weeks, I realized I need my own space away from all of the distractions at home. Since my office is shut down, I needed an office away from my office. CityCentral has everything I needed. I was able to get my own private office, and have access to a lot of great amenities. They have a grab and go area, with a lot of great snacks, and food. Coffee of course, but they also have beer on tap! And its included in my membership!!! After a long day, nothing is better then walking over and getting a cold beer before I leave. They have a really great Coworking area too. It has been great to talk with other business owners, make connections, and collaborate on deals. I have also utilized one of several conference rooms to hold meetings with clients. This has been an added bonus to my office.Another aspect that I really like about CityCentral is their staff. Libby and the rest of the staff are great! Someone is always here during business hours so I know if I have any sort of issue, it is solved immediately. They go above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience here. If you are looking for your own office or Coworking space I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CityCentral! -

I own a roofing company and bother the City Central Team often about meeting rooms and other help around the office. They are always super patient and responsive and make working out of City Central a blast. Other than that, the building is always clean, and the kitchen is always stocked full of coffee, mugs, and other necessities. Thank you! -

I signed up for a free co-working membership to CityCentral Plano and its a great place to stop by and work! I meet with my team members and use the common open space. The kitchen is clean; coffee and tea are free. The vending area offers a lot of snack options. The front desk administrative assistant Christy is very nice! -
