Highly recommend connecting with Robert and Karen for your leasing needs. The space is nice, and everyone from parking services, accounting, and leasing were wonderful to work with. Ive leased at three different spots downtown Fort Worth and this was by far my favorite. -

Im glad we were able to see the city center. We went for the parade of lights, and it was freezing cold. This meant sometimes we werent able to take in the full beauty, and instead we searched for anything, or place warm. There is a gigantic Christmas tree there now!! -

My company moved here in October of 2022. I have been pleasantly surprised. They have a well established security protocol in place. They also do a lot with the community and surrounding areas. Diligently working to be as environmentally friendly as possible without all the absurdities. -
