Coriuda Diaz does a great JOB! with keeping the woman restroom really clean on the 3rd floor.I hardly ever spend time in the ladies room because of uncleanliness in the past but not at the 101 E Park Blvd location. Thank you for making my work home feel good.

We have been in this building for 9+ years and have been very well taken care of by the Boxer staff. Shout out to Irma & Jose for their special attention to any needs that arise. They are both very attentive & professional and its a pleasure working with them! The building is older but is very well maintained, which keeps us and our clients happy! My company moved into 101 E. Park in Plano 7 months ago. Property Manager Irma Lopez-Dees made our suite modifications and move in experience seamless. Management has been very responsive with any subsequent requests. I would recommend this property to other business.

We have been in this location for over 15 years. The building manager Irma Lopez-Dees has taken care of us for almost as long. She is very professional and very helpful in all areas regarding renting and operating out of this location. We believe this building operates smoothly largely due to her excellent management of this property. I wish all building managers are this good.

I would like to share my experience as a new tenant at the 101 E Park Blvd. We moved our office in November of 2014. It has been such a great experience and the staff here is top notch. The manager, Ashley, has been spot on with any need we have had as well as overseeing the extensive construction we did to our space. She has continued to follow up and check to see if we had any additional needs.The staff in the building is also wonderful. Most mornings I am greeted by Chuck, the security guard, who holds the door, says hello, and already knows my name. I work a lot at nights so I have gotten to know the cleaning staff who are very friendly. In addition my office is a corner office so sometimes in the afternoons it can warm up and I call down and Merrill pops up to adjust it to my comfort level. It has been a great experience and we are happy we relocated to this property.Tom Eifler
