Dominique is truly the man! He and his incredible team, Jose and Felipe, went above and beyond to make our moving experience seamless. We needed to transition into a new unit, and from start to finish, these guys were professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. They spent the entire day ensuring that every aspect of our suite was prepared and ready for us to move in. It wasn’t just about completing the task—it was clear they cared about the quality of their work and our satisfaction. I just wanted to take out the time to give a review based on my experience. My son and I started out working with Ashley in finding the perfect office space. She was very involved kept us with any updates answered all of our questions. Once we chose the perfect office space for our business. She introduced us to Domenique that is also great he let us know what his responsibilities are as the property manager. At this time the office needed some touching up with replacing the carpet and paint the walls. I signed my to begin on 9/1 however the new carpet was not installed due to a miscommunication between the property manager and the carpet contractor caused some days. My office was ready on 9/16 when I was told I could then take possession of the office space. I brought my at the time my frustration and not happy as a new tenant. I will like to say with I addressed this Ashley and Domenique attention they immediately started to work on making sure that they understood my feelings as a new tenant and they wanted to make sure they made things right. Well I have to say they definitely did that I picked up my keys today. I am very pleased with the way they handled things if anyone is in need for an office space please reach out to Ashley and Domenique at Boxerproperty. You guy are awesome……

Along with his maintenance staff who are super quick with solving any suite specific issues immediately. Julia is the agent for Boxer prop. and she’s very helpful with any rent related questions the tenants may have. Overall a great experience here at boxer property. Plenty of amenities and usually all my clients like how clean the building looks from inside and out.

I cant thank enough how this building is managed and great all around.I am leased here for more than 5 years.The Manager , the Chief Enginer , the Security and Cleaning crew are the best in the business. I have rented couple places before, and comparing this building is not close . Very clean, high class and great tenants. I am glad to recommend it .Thank you for creating a comfortable work environment.

My husband and I have been tenants with Boxer Property for the past 8 years. The Executive Center buildings in Dallas render a professional environment for our office space along with exclusive use of the executive conference rooms and auditorium. It’s been our second home for many years now. We are extremely happy with the entire staff which include the security and maintenance personnel who are always ready to assist the tenants. The Executive Center buildings are overseen by in-house management. An entire team dedicated to every tenant’s needs. I’m extremely appreciative of all the hard work our property manager, Domenique Cary, has done for us. Always available and ready to solve any pending issues. If you’re looking for an office space don’t just settle for anything; come check out the Executive Center in Dallas or any other Boxer Property office space. You’ll be glad you did.

The office spaces are very versatile and have many options to choose from, the staff is friendly (maintenance and security are always on top of their game), the on site cafe is always filled with incredible food and plenty of options for whatever Im craving. The elevators are a bit uncomfortable to ride, Ive been stuck for a moment twice before and consistently see signs being placed on the doors stating that they are being worked on. Not a huge fan of the amount of fire and safety drills the building has (requiring me to walk down and up 6 flights of stairs is never too much fun on my calves, but at least Im not on the 12th floor! I just keep a pair of flats under my desk now for if the alarm goes off the evacuate the building.) Neighbors are quiet and I never really hear much commotion on our floor.
