As a previous tenant of Boxer property at a different location for over 10 years, I had an expectation of the level of service when I moved in now almost a year ago to this building. Bridget, the property manager, has exceeded all of my expectations and then some. From being creative and supporting my business to a wider audience, to following up to make sure that my maintenance request are being fulfilled, as well as other details. I would highly recommend working with him and specifically, if you’re lucky enough, working with Bridget.

Bridget Bradley, is the best property manager over at 8500. She is so attentive to the needs of her tenants. She is the best description of someone whos got your back without them even having to tell you they got it. We had a serious tragedy some months ago, and she has been there for us through everything weve needed help with. We had several options of places we could have chosen to set up shop for our business, Im so glad I chose Boxer Property at 8500 Stemmons. Bridget, you are the best!! Thank you for always having my back. They need to give you a wonderful raise and bonus, because you truly DESERVE IT!!.

Absolutely great property! Darius is wonderful as well as Ben and the entire staff. Any maintenance issues are always addressed immediately, we have no issues paying rent through the portal. They are always cleaning and maintaining the property. Security is on the property as well so everyone is always safe. Happy to be here!

Both the leasing and property management staff have been equal to the task of providing reasonably priced, clean and well maintained office space. Staff has been responsive, courteous and helpful when any issue has arisen. I have, on several occasions, recommended Boxer Properties to business people looking for same.
