Taking a leap on Faith being a property owner for the first time my experience with Kirsten Reyes was PHENOMENAL! She listened and gave informative advice with several options and executed the UPMOST CUSTOMER SERVICE! During this/my process Kirsten had exams to complete and still managed to communicate with me on breaks and submit more leads until I found the property that best fit my needs.

I met Angela through the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. Originally we didnt really need an office as we were working from home but once we decided to make that step we had looked at a few other properties before coming here. This was by far the best value for what we were wanting. Angela was so patient with us because we legit asked probably 5 million questions.Our office space is perfect for what we need, the rent is affordable, and we had no issues with getting Comcast up and running. The maintenance team is on point. Any time we have had to request something they have fixed it same day. They know our names and always ask us how our day is going when we see them around the building. The property manager, Candice, has always been helpful with questions as well.Ive used the conference room twice now without any issues. Its small but perfect for my one on one type workshops that I do. I cant speak for all Boxer Properties but we would highly recommend Angela, and this location. Were in the ones on NASA-- 1100 NASA Pkwy.

We have been in the 1120 building since the beginning of 2013 and have been very pleased with the outstanding help Sherry and Kristen have provided since weve been here. We were looking at several building options before we signed up at the 1120 building on NASA Parkway but felt that Sherry was really attentive to our needs at the time and she and Kristen made us feel like this was the place for our company.We also recently expanded our business and Sherry came to the rescue once again by providing us with the exact type of space we needed at this time. Kristen had the maintenance crew and painters jump right in and have the space ready for us to make the move to the 1100 building. We highly recommend Kristen and Sherry and their staff at Boxer Property, they have met all of our company needs.

I have been a tenant here since November of 2016. We started in a 200-square foot office (obviously very small). When it was time to up-size, the property manager was very helpful. We moved to a 350-square foot office, but just 2 weeks into our lease we felt that it was too small still. So, I went over to talk to Kristen and she was fabulous. She took her time to show us all our options, and when we finally decided on the new space for us, she redid the paperwork and everything moved quick and smooth! This is my first experience as a tenant, but I’m am grateful and thankful for all the hard work that the ladies here have done. Thank you!

If you are EVER looking for office space - no matter how big or how small - Boxer Property Management should be your first place to look! I have NEVER enjoyed an office environment as much as I do 1120 NASA Parkway! The management staff is OUTSTANDING! The maintenance personnel are extremely pleasant and eager to please. If you have any problems, the staff addresses it IMMEDIATELY! Sherry Shelby and Kristen Davis are two of the nicest people youd EVER want to work with.

I have been leasing space at 1100 NASA Parkway since May 2012. All I have to say is that my experience has been nothing but positive. The office building is always clean and professional looking. Whenever I needed an issue addressed Ms. Kristen Davis (Property Manager) would resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. I have every intention to continue to lease space at this property.

Our company has been a tenant of Boxer Property for over 4 years and we recently expanded to a larger suite in the same building and our leasing agent Angela Benoit made the move and transition a smooth one! She was very accommodating whenever we wanted to see our new suite prior to our move and even came to our old office with our director to give us the good news that we were moving into a bigger suite! Angelas personal attention to the details and making sure we were happy really made a difference to our company!

I am currently leasing an office from Boxer Property at their 1120 NASA Parkway location in Houston, Texas. Moving in and working on a daily basis from this location has been quite the experience and I mean that in the best way possible – the entire staff is absolutely amazing.Kristen & Sherry run the show in the main office and they worked diligently to get us moved in to our new office and fulfilled any requests that we had. Earnesto, maintenance man extraordinaire, is a great guy and there really is not anything he cannot do!Considering three office buildings are being maintained by these people I mentioned above, I’d have to say that we are more than pleased with Boxer Property – I’d definitely recommend leasing an office from them.

We have enjoyed being in the 1120 Building for almost 15 years. Whenever we have a problem, it is solved quickly. Kristen and Sherry are doing a great job. We love their help and high energy. We really enjoy the food trucks that come to the building. Gives you a break from the fast food in the area. Keep them coming.The maintenance crew is always friendly, professional and quick to respond.Our only complaint is a sewer smell that cannot seem to be located, but when we send management a message, they respond to our call! They are trying very hard to figure this out, hopefully soon.

Boxer knows how to make it EASY to look for and lease an office - from beginning to end. You can search area properties on the web - sort by size, get rent info and even set an appointment by instant messaging on their website. Was helping my husband find a new office and tagged along to see leasing agent Sherry Shelby. Shes very professional and helpful, even made the process fun! He got a good deal on the office he wanted. Nice property, security, AC part of Sat, personal, streamlined service and excellent location on Nasa Parkway. Check it out.

Kristen does a great job at managing the buildings. Anytime there is an issue, the staff is quick to respond. The only issue my office has is the temperature. Its either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, great place to lease.

We love it here, we have been here almost 1 year and upgraded to a new bigger space from 1120 to 1100.Sherry Shelby rented us both offices and made it stress free.Sherry and Kristen are easy to work with and always have a smile on their face.Now all we need is that deli !Jani Clemons

NES has been at the 13850 Gulf Freeway building for 6 years and the level of professionalism and courteousness shown Kristen and each and every maintenance worker has been exceptional.Any message sent for maintenance is quickly responded to and the issue resolved or we are given a time frame when it will be resolved.We couldn’t be happier with the location, the space and the management personnel.Thank you Boxer Property!

This is a great place! Started here in 2005 with Boxer. I have seen management come and go. They have all been good, but the onsite team now has been the best! Sherry and Kristen are so friendly and helpful you could not ask for more!!
