Exceptional property management company. Fast responses to every need or issue and they consistently follow-up to ensure that issues have been resolved.We have been in the building for 4 years and since Boxer began managing the property, our building (as well as surrounding buildings they manage) is in much better shape - well maintained - from the parking lot, lobby area, to even the restrooms.The entire Boxer management team is courteous and customer centered. Truly a refreshing change from what we have experienced in the past.

The process with Boxer was easy and great! I utilized the web to locate several office spaces in the area I was relocating my business. I had a great experience with all three of the agents I met with. We relocated to the 5600 Northwest Central office and Crystal Williams was great! We have been in our new building for a day or two now and it has been pleasant working with all of Boxers employees. I would recommend Boxer to anyone relocating a business, very professional.

Our firm has been a tenant in this building for several years but the building has only recently been managed by Boxer Property. Since taking over, the management has continuously been making improvements and upgrades to our building. Any questions or issues I have had have been addressed and resolved promptly. It is obvious that Ms. Diana Boswell, our property manager, not only cares about managing our building properly but she also goes the extra mile for her tenants. If you are looking for lease space in the Greenspoint area, I would recommend Ms. Boswell and Boxer Property.

Professional Atmosphere! The building is well kept and everyone is so friendly. I had an accounting issue initially but the manager Diana corrected it straight away and followed up the following month. There is a friendly security guy patrolling and a Murphys Deli on-site.Leasing was also very easy. I got my keys the same day. I would recommend Boxer Property to anyone looking for office space.

We have been here for 4 years before Boxer came and took over the management of our building. Since then we have been experiencing a tremendous amount of upgrades, new paint, decorations, fixing the HVAC, to name just a few. Of course during the transition and during the upgrades there were numerous bumps along the way and Diana Boswell was there to ensure all was running smooth again as soon as reasonably possible. We are extremely pleased with the new management and are look forward to many years of working together.

Building is big, and there is limited parking. Many banks in this building and a lot of security for this reason. Its always clean and its boxers headquarters of some sort. Its very clean and nicely painted. Its conveniently located next to a major highway.They have a deli to eat at in the first floor. Food is OK and a bit expensive, but you pay for the convenience of the store being there and not having to drive out...Maintenance people are always on top of things and helpful. Manager and boxer property workers are always professional and never had an issue with them.

Great customer service from the management. Grounds are well kept, buildings are tended to in a quick and professional manner. And we appreciate they take the time to think of the tenants by hosting tenant appreciation days. Our clients always comment how professional our building and space look. Overall, we are very pleased with leasing from this management company.

I was a tenant at another Boxer building and transferred to this location. Management has done wonders for this building! I am glad to see all of the upgrades taking place. Diana was very helpful, informative, and not to mention extremely friendly. She took the time to answer all of my questions without hesitation and even followed up with me to make sure all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. I look forward to growing my business with Boxer.

Leasing agent Nicole Findley was very helpful and professional and she made sure I knew about all of the incentives that Boxer Properties offered on the suite I was looking at. I decided to lease the suite the same day I looked at it because it was such a great value. Boxer Properties has very nice properties at very reasonable rates and Nicole Findley is a great leasing agent if you have the opportunity to work with her.

Weve been tenants to this building for a year and I only have good words to say about them. They are exceptionally fast to respond to any request, very courteous and customer focused. Since we moved in there were done quite a few upgrades to the building, including new conference rooms that are available for tenants to use when needed. The building is clean and very well-maintained.

My wife and I just signed a 5 year lease with boxer. Our leasing representative James Robertson, made the experience both pleasant and easy. We were signed up and leased in less than an hour at a very competitive rate. I would recommend boxer for both small and large businesses.

Before opening my Private Investigation office my wife and I looked at several different office buildings. We decided on the Northwest Commerce Bldg at 14405 Walters Rd, its 1 block of FM 1960, a perfect location. Recently, one the deciding factors for us to upgrade to a much larger office is the Staff, especially Rod Hale. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Even though he works for a Boxer, he makes you feel like hes your personal agent. He has a outstanding customer relations personality. I guess cloning is out of the question. Actually the enitre staff at our bldg. is excellent, from the housekeeping to the maintenance personnel. We are very pleased with Boxer and the Northwest Commerce Bldg.

Weve (Lead Optimize) been a tenant in bldg 506 for several months now. The management is helpful and the maintenance is polite and responsive. They keep the building and grounds tidy as well, which is nice for when people visit.
