I have been a tenant at this location for 10 years this month. I actually just signed another 3 year contract. Since I work a lot my office is my home away from home. The property itself is updated, and well kept. Ive also had a great experience with customer service from the maintenance crew, janitors, property manager and leasing agents.

Have worked in this office for a few months now with a company that has been here since 2013, and have had nothing but wonderful things to say about the leasing staff and their maintenance staff. Had my first personal experience with them today and they were wonderful.

I am very pleased with our beautiful new office space, the shared work areas and conference rooms, the leasing agent(s) and the property manager(s) at this location! FIVE STARS! Every step of the process has been hassle-free and the easy to maneuver. Leasing Agents were patient with me with the MANY questions I asked while deciding on the perfect space for our current needs. I highly recommend Boxer Properties. Oscar Roberts was a stellar agent in helping me move forward with finalizing the lease.

Great office space and location for small business needing quick access to 45. Our office was newly remodeled and looks like they are remodeling all the offices and common area. Even though the building is a little older, AC and heat works great, unlike our previous newer building space. Also if there is ever a problem, the building management and maintenance will quickly take care of it.

The Alleman Group is a growing Insurance Marketing Organization that found a home at 1322 Space Park in 2013. The building was in the beginning phase of the exceptional upgrades that you see in this property today.The decor is stylish, modern, and extremely functional! With the common area that includes plentiful dining space, comfortable sofas, and the large training room and multiple conference rooms, This is proving to be an excellent match for our growing business.Just renewed for another 2 years.Thanks to the staff that supports us here. Kimberly and Kelly truly take care of us!

I love this space! Isairael was great in explaining all the amazing amenities this property has to offer. She offered the perfect space(s) to cater to our unique needs. The leasing process was a snap and their mission in going green is inspiring! I cant wait to finish setting up our office space!!!!

I couldnt be more happier about my companys relocation to 1322 Space Park! The decor of the building is very contemporary--love the bright colors and the sealed concrete floors. The Tenant Center is a great place to get away for a few minutes--LOVE the retro-arcade game (I think I still have the high score on Galaga!) Kimberly Yantz, our Leasing Rep and Kelly Farrell, the Property Manager were awesome to work with during the move and have been extremely professional and attentive to any need that has come up. If your company is looking for a new location, you cant go wrong with this place--just wish wed found it sooner! :)

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! From day 1 each team member I have encountered have far exceeded every expectation! Angela first found me the perfect space (Thank you!!) and then Isairael just recently helped me expand that office space to accommodate my growing Drops of Health Wellness Center needs. Isairael quickly jumped into action at my first request and provided an INCREDIBLE solution within hours. WOW! Her attention to detail was impresssive. THANK YOU, Isairael!! Danielle has also met every need that has came up and always just an email away for support anytime I have a need or questions. The maintenance and cleaning crews for the building keep everything clean and running smoothly. What a blessing to be apart of a support team and group of amazing people that all work together for YOUR success!!!

Isairael has been more than helpful in our time at this property! We expanded quicker than expected and she went above and beyond to help us get into the right space on such short notice. We absolutely love this property and our clients continually comment about how nice the space is.
