I have leased space within this property for five years now and I am very pleased with it. The building is well maintained and the management is top notch! Marilyn in particular is lovely to work with – always very kind and helpful – and Sonia is a delight. She is hardworking and always happy to assist in whatever way she can. I highly recommend Boxer Property and this building!

It has been a pleasure being a tenant at 10210 Grogans Mills Rd. We have been a tenant since 2018 and we enjoy the high-quality office space, great conference room, convenient location, and impeccable service from the property management staff. kudos to Marilyn G and Sonya Castro for their outstanding service and support in maintaining this property as the best option to lease in The Woodlands. Best leasing experience I have ever had hands down. I have leased offices for the past 20 years from CA to TX. From the moment I walked into this building I was greeted by Sonia Campos the maintenance manager. She cordially greeted me and made me feel like I came to the right place (first impressions are everything). Sonia introduced me to Marilyn Gonzalez the leasing manager who showed me the units that I am in now. Marilyn has made my move here to TX and to this building seamless. I expanded my Insurance agent here to Texas and ended up leasing and additional office. Marilyn continues to go beyond what is expected and made our experience flawless. I am hoping on expanding into a few more offices once they come up. I love this location and the building has the most peaceful feeling. I also wanted to mention Andre (one of the other managers). Andre has been wonderful and the entire experience here in this building is God sent. This place is managed properly and extremely clean. THANK YOU Sonia, Marilyn and Andre.

When starting a new business, there are many things to do. As a new business owner, I have had rookie questions. I have been very impressed with Marilyn Gozalez at Boxer Properties. She has been amazing with communication and offering hints when needed. She really has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Marilyn, our property manager, is responsive, friendly and maintains relationships with the tenants and Sonia, our tech, is equally friendly and hard working.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The building is spotless and the tenants quiet and respectful. My favorite thing about my office is the fountain lake. I walk the sidewalk around it at lunch or sit on one of the balconies and look out. Love my office!! Definitely one of the best in The Woodlands.

I have had a wonderful experience here and recommend it to colleagues. The property is meticulously maintained by Sonia Campos. Marilyn Gonzalez is thoughtful and considerate and does a great job addressing any issue we have promptly. Andre LaRoux is always pleasant and helpful.

This is a very well managed space. We couldnt have asked for a better building manager than Marilyn Gonzalez. We only occupied a couple of offices on a temporary basis, but were treated as if we had signed a 20 year lease for the whole building.
