    Matt Watson was an incredible asset to us as we searched Austin for the perfect place for our new business. I reached out to him on one of his listings, but quickly found out the space wouldn’t work for us. Matt took the time to ask me what my needs were and what I was looking for. The next day he was texting me possible options. He wasn’t even my realtor, he was just trying to help. Needless to say I made him my realtor and it was the best decision we could have made. His extensive local knowledge and experience helped tremendously to find the perfect space for us. Searching for a new location from 5 states away isn’t easy but he always kept us informed and organized, so when we came to town we could search effectively and efficiently. What a talented team, we were moving from Houston to Austin to start a business (The Mind-Body Collaborative, Inc.) and needed to find space. Matt did a wonderful job providing us with many options in our price range and did an amazing job of explaining the process. Matt went out of his way on many occasions.
