The folks at the 121 Lewisville location are awesome!Rachelle & Ken provide stellar customer service! I have rented a unit here for over two years and recently rented a second unit.I have extensive experience with other storage companies lacking in customer care. Trust me - this is the most important factor in storing your belongings!The property is immaculate! The concrete floors look polished! Driveways are clean & free of debris. Lovely potted flowers welcome you to the property! 💗That is always a sign that someone cares!Reasonable prices, maintenance AND great customer service are rare in this business.Admittedly this facility is not in the most convenient location and has some challenging hills & ramps. However, the service here makes it worthwhile and its great exercise too.I trust all my belongings are safe here and I highly recommend Ambassador Storage 😁

Richelle in the front office is the best! She is always aware of what is going on at the property. Told me they just put new security cameras up which, combined with the gates around the property, puts my mind at ease. Easy to get in an out of the property with a trailer. The new website is also very convenient!

Very clean and secure storage facility. Conveniently located, although the entrance is at a slightly inconvenient incline if youre towing a trailer or have a high load in a truck bed. Aside from that incline I love everything about this facility. A great place to store your belongings, short or long term.

Richelle the manager is great and understands life just happens she works with you so long as you have clear communication and do what you say you will. She keeps the place clean and secure she knows whos on the the property and knows whats going on. You find a right ship.

Good security, they actually review the security cams. And will hunt you down like a dog if you breach someones unit or property. They keep your property safe and secure so much better than other self storage centers.

Great people fabulous prices reasonable accommodation. The best in the area by far. Public Storage is down the road and I would drive a hundred miles not to have to go back to Public Storage after receiving service at ambassador
