I threw a cocktail party at 3535 Studios a couple of weeks ago, and it was an awesome time! I loved the open space and the atmosphere was great for us to do whatever we wanted to do. The team was awesome, Ireally couldnt have asked for a better group of people to do business with.This space could be used for absolutely anything and I highly recommend it for any of your party needs. I cant wait to host my next event at this location! -

My family, and celebrated the High School Graduation Party of my nephew on Saturday May 27, 2017. The facility was perfect for a intimate venue where family and friends could celebrate such a joyous occasion. The staff and accommodations were great, the ease of doing business, and ability to be creative with our decorating the event room meant a lot. I want to give a special thanks to: Mr. Marvin Earle, and his two sons Jordan & Johnathan Earle thanks for all your help in making one of our proudest Family Memories so special. -

This place offer so much. You can lease a space. Enjoy the comfort of your own stylish office..Nice kitchen to warm your food. The entire place is always clean and smells nice...The Owner Marvin is always friendly ready to answer and questions you might have truly a Family environment to work in. You can also host parties and have a meeting for your group there as well...Very affordable.... -
