    TRULY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY OR BUSINESS. THE OWNER WAS GREAT AND FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT AND SO TO WAS HIS STAFF. THEY WERE ALL FANTASTIC. IF YOU EVER NEED YOUR ROOF DONE, ITS WORTH THE CALL. THE CALL ITSELF WAS AN EXPERIENCE.

    For an older office building, 1700 Pacific is a prime location that has kept up with renovations over time. Build to suit office spaces. 24 hour onsite security, recycling , and many amenities include fitness club, shoe shine, dry cleaning, full service car wash and detailing, direct access to the central business district tunnel system and the concourse restaurants.

    I love the architecture, the building is uniquely classy. I love how it is attached with several establishments, easily accessible to all the fun in & around the city.

    This is a very nice office building. The elevators are a bit confusing at first. Just ask and someone will help you get to where you need to be though.

    Like Bennys Bagels, a small sandwich shop located in the basement of 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite C106, Dallas 75201 - a delicious snack. I ordered a bagel with smoked salmon and capers. Very filling!
