The Urgent Care center was small and intimate. There was just 1 parent and child there when I came with my child for an ear ache. Somehow, they couldnt find my daughters insurance active in the portal, altho she was indeed active. Therefore we had to leave and go to another urgent care the next day that saw her insurance active.Wouldve loved to be seen last Monday there. As I know the diagnosis and wait time wouldve been minimal. The PA couldve easily called her insurance and requested an authorization number to override whatever she didnt see in her portal.I give them 4 stars because the PA was indeed kind. But, services couldnt be rendered...
