I had some paperwork for a lender that needed to be signed by a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage representative. I already called the home mortgage customer service line earlier in the day, and they told me to call any home mortgage office. I called Candy. This was my first time ever talking to her, and her customer service is amazing. She wasn’t able to sign the form I needed and said for me to call the service department. After I explained to her how I was already going in circles with the service department, she called a service department rep, did a 3 way call with me, her, and the rep, stayed on the line with us till 5 pm (and the website says they closed at 4:30), answered all my questions to the best she could, and forwarded all the forms I sent to her to the other customer service rep. Keep in mind, she isn’t getting a new loan from me. She is helping me with my current Wells Fargo Loan, which is something she totally doesn’t have to do, and she did it anyways. This is somebody who has an outstanding work ethic and customer service skills, who is truly about adding value to the customer experience and not about that $$$. Thank you Candy for your help! I truly appreciate it!
