Excellent customer service. I have gotten all my loans from this bank including 2 car loans and a line of credit in last 2 years. I always go to Muhammad as he is very attentive to my needs and provides options that I can afford. I feel they have the best rates and their app is a life saver and soooo easy to use. -

Had a more than exceptional experience with Jose opening my account. Had a little car trouble outside as I was leaving and jumped my car off for me with that patented Wellby smile. I was so pleased I was gonna go home and tell my wife about the experience when next thing I know I got into an accident at the nearest red light when suddenly the car burst into flames. As all hope was lost and the darkness was closing in, low and behold, through the smoke with a suit and tie, Jose slid in and cut my seat belt off and carried me out the flames to the paramedics. I cant thank him enough for his service and he told me Were family here, its a Wellby thing. Without Joses bravery I wouldnt be alive!! Lobby also has candy, 10/10 would recommend -

Though I have been banking with JSCFCU for more than 35 years, these days, I rarely visit any of the Wellby Financial branch locations. However, I did today, and the Alvin Branch Manager, Mr. Elkasaby, was outstanding to work with! He did everything I needed so professionally and effectively—and then some! In fact, he offered a higher interest paying account to replace an existing savings account. He also reviewed additional services that are available to me that can be done via phone, to potentially avoid a subsequent visit. Mr. Elkasaby was very personable, and he spoke highly of the many banking improvements Wellby has taken, and is currently pursuing, to better service clients. I’m very pleased with my visit today and look forward to working with Mr. Elkasaby soon! -

The bank tellers at the Alvin Wellby location are AWESOME. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.I hope that they can have their ATM machine replaced since numerous breakdowns have occurred this year. This is unexceptional for members to deal with more than not. We need it working always!!I have worked near the Gemini location and lived many year near other location. Near where the ATMs down like this one!These tellers have to deal with UNHAPPY members too much. They are very nice with angry, frustrated members but need to get help from Wellby. This constant issue is unexceptable! “ALL locations” matter!! -

Really glad to have a JSC Federal Credit Union in Alvin. Really like going there as well because the people are always friendly.With covid unfortunately the Lobby isnt able to be opened but we have had to conduct significant Bank business of open accounts transferring special funds and other significant things that have taken time. They have been very patient and helpful each and every time. -
