Juergen Angermaier is the very best in El Paso, period. A year ago, we had no clue on how to go about getting our second home, when everyone was saying no or ghosting us, Juergen responded. Beginning with the first call, he makes you feel like youve known him for a long time. Throughout the process, he keeps you updated, but if you need more info or clarification, he is extremely responsive and he will ensure that your question is answered and you understand what is happening. He provided us with initial figures and estimates with a timeframe in mind but because of the crazy buying market, things went really side ways and interest rates changed and we went into panic mode. Juergen was calm about the whole situation, looked at all of the options and explored every single avenue until he found a way to make things work. Up until we got our keys, Juergen kept us in the loop, answered our questions and made it possible for us to become homeowners again. Juergen is absolutely the best, very knowledgeable and full of experience and always ready to help at a moments notice.

Juergen Angermaier helped me get my first home. My previous lender had my at a higher interest and closing making me feel like I was never going to be able to afford a home but Juergen was that light at the end of the tunnel that helped me get there. Not only did he help me get better rates and closing costs but he also did it very fast. I was already closing on my home and he only had 3 weeks to get it all done. In addition to all of this, I recommend my father to his services and he was able to give him some advice too. Overall, amazing service.

We work with Mr Juergen, he was someone a close friend directed us too for help with our home. We spent seven months trying to fix our deed and note. Nothing but run arounds with an old mortage company. He was able to take seven months of getting yank and told different things into a month and we were done with NewRez. Probably one of the worst mortage companies out there. We had to get attorneys involved. But Mr. Juergen took care of all that. All we had to do was walk in and sign the paperwork. I wouldn’t work with anyone else in this city. Most places and people here are lazy and poor minded. If it’s not a straight line, they don’t have the drive to finish. Horrible but that’s the honest truth here. Glad we found the needle in the hay stack.
