    It was an amazing journey until I started having issues with my first mortgage. I built my dream house and everything was going good until they were not able to give me what I want I paid them thousands of dollars at first I was getting frustrated that they never give me a day waiting since April May June and July is when I met Tony and all of the sudden one night he give me everything I want.     Best mortgage experience ever.My husband and I have gotten 6 mortgages in the last 8 years, from 5 different lenders (I work for one of the ‘other lenders’ so I won’t say who).     We had an amazing experience with Tony Garcia. I switched mortgage lenders because the other companies loan originator quit & “deleted” all the customer files. They not only made me wait two months for them to assign me to another loan originator but they were not offering me the interest rate I was previously offered. I heard of Wallstreet Wholesale Lenders from my contractors & since the first time I spoke to Tony I knew it would be better to switch. Tony ran all the numbers for me to compare Conventional & FHA loans, we found i would save $18k between the two if i chose FHA 30 year.     This is the second time we went with WWL. The first time they refinanced our mortgage and had the lowest rate even when compared to the lenders affiliated with Costco. This most recent time, the builders lender first gave us a high rate, which they quickly lowered when they saw the much lower rates from WWL, until they said they cannot match WWL and the best they can do is .25% more. By going with WWL, we know that were getting the best rate we can possibly get, which will save us a lot of money through the life of our mortgage. The people at WWL, such as Cody Roberts, also worked very hard to get everything completed by every deadlines. Theyre on call whenever we have any questions or need anything after hours and during the weekend.
