I came into the process not knowing anything. I had intended to take a course on buying a first house, but the process advanced so quickly, I never got the chance. Denise Norwood was a tremendous help even before we found the house I wanted, because she helped me crunch the numbers so that we could stay within a mortgage payment range that was reasonable for us, which adjusted my lofty looking. Later, she assisted in running numbers to contrast the different mortgage options and was able to assist in securing a lower interest rate, cash deposit and monthly mortgage then we originally thought. It was a dizzying experience in how quickly the process went, but we were treated respectfully and given great support all the way through. Julie and the whole team there have been a tremendous blessing, and we are thankful to everyone involved in our good outcome! Thanks so much!
