Big fan of W&V, used them on my first and now second home! I would shop around looking for the best interest rate and deal, but could not beat W&V, they gave me better interest rates both times! Also they were able to streamline my closing of my second house to close faster than a month! The lady’s are wonderful to work with but also cross their T’s and dot their I’s, making sure things are not only taken care of, but done well! -

Being first time home buyers, you have a lot of unclear questions but Jane was able to help us throughout the whole process and was available to answer any questions! She made everything so smooth and even towards closing Jane was able to get better rates which it was a relief, how much she cares about her customer and she will try the best even at the last min. I am a first time homeowner so when it came to lenders, I was completely lost. Our builder recommended Wallick and Volk and I can see why. Jane and her team were absolutely amazing through the ENTIRE process. As a first time home buyer and owner, a lot of the lingo and documents can be very confusing but Jane and her team were so easy to get in touch with. Any time I had questions they quickly responded and made sure all of my questions were answered. Overall, it was a quick and smooth process and I cannot thank Jane and her team enough.
