I have done multiple transactions with Ty. He has been very commutative and involved in every aspect of a transaction. He also gives my clients multiple options when it comes to looking at different payment/down payment options and provides several Down payment assistance programs that not many other people offer. I will always continue to work with Ty.

Ty Wall and his team were wonderful to work with! I was a first time home buyer that honestly did not know much about the whole home buying process and Ty was extremely informative and helpful the entire time. He did a great job explaining everything to me and he would always answer my phone calls and questions, no matter what time of day. Even on weekends when I would have questions, I would shoot him a text and he was more than happy to help me out. The market was fluctuating quite a bit during my search and Ty did not hesitate to send me breakdowns for each house that I was considering and explain to me why certain things were higher or lower compared to the others. I would highly recommend using Ty and his team at Fairway, I will definitely use him for all my future needs!
