Just had the best customer service I have experience in a long time! Dawson Latall? (didnt catch the exact spelling of his last name) with the Lovers Lane, Texas branch of WaFd went above and beyond with some help I was asking for regarding my checking account. He followed up with multiple calls and even called my home branch to check in with them and give them some details that were going to be helpful even though none of this was expected or required of him.Thank you Dawson! Keep up the good work and keep representing WaFd in such a positive manner! You should be promoted or at least given a week off with pay. Ill check with your supervisor :) haha

I wanted to express my gratitude and my sincere thanks to Mr. Mohammad Mahroumi and Mr. Robert Mossadeghi .I wanted to get some documents from the WaFd bank and tried one week on line and talking to several people and nothing was done . This bank and the people that work there are such a great group of people. I met the Manager at a networking event he hosts monthly, and we have spoken a few times. I finally was able to visit his branch to get some advice on a construction loan. Robert was very helpful and informed about local construction processes and the one-time close product that they have. The rate was good and the BUILT system they use with inspections and draw specialist makes me feel very secure I have full transparency during the Constuction period. Can’t wait to do business. I went in to speak with them about their CD rates and was greeted warmly by the staff, they even offered me a coffee as we spoke. The bank itself is clean and the people are professional. WaFd apparently is a regional bank and has branches here in Texas as well. Thier CD rate is phenomenal, and they have a great Mobile app. I met the Branch Manager at his networking event, they really care about their local community, they are a community bank with big bank service.

I always thought that big banks have good services, but when I entered this bank, I realized that a small bank can also be excellent. I had a meeting with the manager of this bank and one of its employees named Mr Mahroumi, they spent more than an hour for me and answered all my questions very well. Now I am one of their customers and I am very satisfied with their services.

My wife and I came to Washington Federal from a large New York Bank that, unfortunately, has lost touch with the customer service side of their business. It has been such a welcome change to have Washington Federal taking such good care of us, with both our business and personal accounts. I am more than appreciative of their followup and prompt attention. And I cant say enough about Tandrea (from the Lovers Lane branch). Shes my go-to person. Extremely knowledgable, professional, friendly and down to earth. In my experience, they dont come better than Tandrea. She is both customer friendly, and amazingly helpful. Someone has trained her well. A delight to work with.
